Vacation rentals with a patio in Itapoá

We spent seven days in the house. Everything went well. Host Maria Terezinha very attentive. The entire house with all the necessary utensils. The Stadie was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

We were very well hosted. We took advantage of the pools, the bar, in short, the resort has a large infrastructure, the staff are very attentive and the apartment is very good. The beach is just across the street. Lá Bodeguita Restaurant is of a high standard for the region, the only one nearby. Going by car to the center of the beach to eat well and find large markets. Paranaguá, which is nearby, has a boat tour of the sea to see the port. Guaratuba we took a ferry boat and had lunch at the Oceano, which is high standard for the region. Tours of the region are great.

The stay was perfect. Apparently cozy, complete, clean and organized. Check-in was flexible and the host James was always very helpful and kind to guests. Definitely a great place to recommend and stay

Cosy space, all well clean, ventilated , in the kitchen had all the necessary items to make basic meals, cozy and spacious rooms, I went with my friends, 5 people the AP accommodated us super well, all were delighted with the AP, there are Wi-Fi (this is the main kkkkk), there are ceiling fans, table and chairs on the balcony, where we spend the longest time in the house, the AP is a block of the house, on the pole of the house to see the sea, there is the coat of arms a block, panified on the other block, really the trade is all close. The trustee Mr. José Roberto who received us is super friendly, helped us with the instructions, indicated places, grateful for all the accommodation 🙏🏼 We will return yes !!

Gustavo is a great host, always helpful and attentive to every detail. The stay was excellent, with extremely clean and cozy environments. On our next trip to Matinhos PR, we'll stay again.

We really enjoyed the stay! The apartment matches what is advertised, everything is very clean and well maintained. It is worth the care with those who come by bus: the keys are picked up at another location, but everyone is flexible and there is the possibility of asking them to take them to you. The location is great, easy access to the beach and the city center. The host was very responsive, responds quickly and always asks to resolve any unforeseen issues! The apartment provides some linens, but it's worth bringing your own, otherwise the apartment is complete, it has everything you need. We loved it and plan to return soon.

From the first contact, I knew it would be a great week. great space, family atmosphere, spectacular the apt. I highly recommend it so much that we will be back.

The stay was wonderful! The house is brand new, very comfortable, exactly as in the listing description. The swimming pool and gourmet area served very well for us to spend time with family and friends. Both Alexander and Lucas were super attentive and supportive. The house is 5 minutes from Matinhos beach and 10 from Caieiras beach by car, very close by and easy access. The house is well secured, has alarm and presence sensors. The place is quiet, it is close to the beach, more or less a block, has a very close market with good structure. The house is in line with the announcement, all appliances working, has 2 refrigerators, but one of them very little, but we were warned at the time of check-in on this issue. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was bad, the toilets were musty when we arrived. Tirando some details I recommend the house, has good structure, large backyard for several cars, the house has cameras and alarm, which makes it much safer.

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

The stay was wonderful, it exceeded our expectations. The host responds quickly and is very kind. We will definitely be back.

Maria is a wonderful host who helped us in times of doubt and has always been very proactive. We are very pleased with the accommodation and will be back for sure. Well-located apartment, comfortable, clean, with all infrastructure, split in all environments, many utensils, everything working. Close to the cove beach, bars, shops, market, bakery, we didn't need to use the car for almost anything. Flexible key delivery, no bureaucracy. The host always answered my questions. At the last minute, my parents went along, I told Fabio, who made an exception to the number of guests without changing the daily rate. I only have compliments and thanks. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.
