We were in this house now in December 2024 with 14 people... wonderful house, spacious, well located close to everything... complete house has all the utensils and good air conditioning, well-cleaned and organized house, we were very well attended by the owner of the house and also by his son, house with total security and very quiet... we felt at home... we had a lot of fun with the game tables too... I recommend an excellent and very well located house... A suggestion I'd like to leave! Try to leave a fresh scent in every room of the house so you can stay days closed and have a pleasant smell... a tip, otherwise everything was perfect... Thank you very much!

we were surprised by the house , much better in the photos, smelly and super clean, Osvaldo and his very friendly and receptive wife, we felt at home, all the necessary utensils and close to the market and some restaurants, we had a wedding at the Villa sonali inn and was super close, a quiet and very pleasant place!

The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful, fully matches the listing. The only meal we had on site was breakfast, but the apartment has everything you need for those who want to stay and make all meals at home. The location is great, very close to the beach, just over a block. We would arrive the day after the floods that occurred in the city, but Camila was very kind to offer us flexibility in check-in since the day after our check-out the apartment would be empty, in short, the hospitality of the hosts Camila and Rafael was perfect!

Complete and very comfortable loft. Building with great structure and improved even more with the 24-hour market on the roof (makes it MUCH easier). 2nd time I've booked and I will undoubtedly book all the others that go to Itapema.

The apartment is spotless, all new and very clean. Excellent comfort, wonderful decoration, very complete kitchen utensils! Great showers, air conditioning, washing machine, churrakeira, internet, everything working perfectly. We were very well served by Sandra who was in charge of the period. The only note is that for those who do not know the area and see the map, the impression is that access to the beach is close and easily accessible on foot, but because of the highway, it is necessary to make a longer path to get to and from the beach, or to go by car, nothing that devalues the stay, but it is a very important point to know.

Aconchegante, well decorated, organized, has everything we need, exactly as the announcement, close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, market. Easy access to the beach. Super recommend it, and if everything goes well next year we'll be there again.

Flat is great, we were in two people, but fit comfortably four, as the sofa bed is very comfortable and also has air conditioning in the living room. The atmosphere is new, clean, with useful cookware and comfortable furniture. The location is very good, it is close to the beach, we stayed in March and we had no difficulty getting around by car to all the beaches of Itapema. Note Important: Parking inside the building requires skill of the kkkk driver but the street is very quiet for those who prefer to leave the car in front of the building. I loved the city and I intend to go back.

We decided at the last minute to go to the apartment, but that didn't stop everything from being organized, clean and smelling good. Comfortable beds, quality bed and bath linens, kitchen utensils available. We had the good news that the garage was enlarged, the space was great and it comfortably fit an SUV car. The apartment has a great and spacious outdoor area that helps to hang clothes, leave items, anyway. Although I knew there were no beach items, I leave as a tip to provide a sun guard and 2 chairs for extra comfort. In addition, the quick stay was great and I recommend the accommodation!
