Vacation rentals with a sauna in Itapema

The experience was great! The place is exactly like the photos.. well clean, functional and comfortable! Good location too. In the apartment I just missed a Shampoo stand inside the box (need to stay on the floor..) and the bed is Double (not Queen, as advertised). The kitchen is well equipped and in the bedroom and living room has plenty of lockers to store things. The pool is beautiful!! However, the area is not very large and is very crowded (since the building holds many people, nor was it high season).

I loved the reception and ease of communication! Very easy access to the apartment and the speed of the check in. Garage of the very fast access car, apartment was impeccable, all very clean and with excellent appliances. I'll be back.

Flat very close to the beach, well equipped, with a good structure and 24-hour concierge, garages with a high degree of difficulty in maneuvering (larger cars need a lot of attention)… Michel is always communicative and proactive! We would recommend it!

Excellent stay. The condominium has 3 swimming pools (one heated and two not heated), gym and dry sauna. The apartment has a very large and comfortable bed, gas shower and barbecue with a good balcony, overlooking the pool. The host was very attentive, fulfilling all my requests for changes and answering questions promptly. Recommend! Great!

was great our stadia, we found everything we needed in the apartment and in the dependency of the condominium. pool at a good temperature to relax, the games area my son loved it. we certainly recommend it and soon we will be back!

It's a very nice and comfortable apartment, in an amazing apartment complex. The common area has a pool, ping pong, and a beautiful 25-meter-long pool. The WiFi signal is impeccable, the kitchen is fully equipped, with an electric oven, air fryer, stove, microwave. Everything is excellent. You have to walk 3 blocks to get to the beach, which is beautiful. And it's about 10 blocks from the most central area. There's a supermarket 2 blocks away, which simplifies everything.

The apartment was perfect, but the condominium itself was not. I said I had a parking lot, at the end it was a rotating parking lot that had several manoeuvres, one of them crashed my car and no one was responsible, I had a huge loss. Besides all my car slept on the street after the place was full of cars… the apartment itself is good, but the condo does not. I do not recommend going with your car in high season.

Nice house, comfortable in a well-kept and safe condominium. Joseane was always attentive and willing, guarantees a nice vacation.

Our stay was very good. On arrival we had a small mishap with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms and Joseane was extremely helpful and quick to resolve the issue. Very well located place and very complete house. We recommend for sure!

The house is very spacious, super clean excellent leisure area, very close to the beach. Something unexpected happened to us and they were super gentle and helpful. We will definitely return! Perfect stay!

We passed with my wife and my 3 children of 10 months, 6 years and 14 years, an excellent vacation. The apartment is simple, but comfortable, complete and with everything working perfectly. The complex is ideal, with everything you need for adults and children. With direct and very nice access to a beautiful and quiet beach even in full season. Other highlights of the complex: A mini market of self service and self-payment that operates 24hs with very good prices, Games for small children inside and outside, ping pong tables and pool, a large clean pool, the pool bar with a very special and thoughtful attention from Luciano. A plus are the lounge chairs and umbrella offered by the apartment to take to the beach. I would definitely come back.

The beautiful place, quiet, beautiful grove with direct access to the beach. Gral service. impeccable! If you go with children you have plaza, pools, game room, soccer court, tennis. Tenes gym and sauna. The apartment is spotless! You have housekeeping service. When you go to the beach, you get the umbrella chairs. The truth WAS INCREDIBLE!!!

The stay in Fabiana's house, it was excellent, very good host, attentive. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of rest, sun and beach. Highly recommended.
