House vacation rentals in Itapema

Great place to stay, very spacious environment and everything was in line with the listing description, whenever we need the host would quickly answer our questions. For google maps the location of the farm is a little different from reality, the street appeared correctly but about 400 meters apart from the actual location.

The stay was great, the host is super nice, cooperative and kind. The house is as described. I loved the house with a pool, it added to the beach days. I highly recommend it!! Congratulations!!

Very good location, close to market,beach,bakery,shops, in short, the way it is described is the place. Next house a green area. Many even 10 wonderful days....

We take a weekend among friends at the Rejane listing. We only have compliments. Wonderful house, everything meticulously organized and clean. The view then is not even spoken, too beautiful. I recommend it to those who want to spend a quiet and quality time with a breathtaking view. 5 stars for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa da Figueira! The house is simply a dream, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The spaces are large and airy. The outdoor area is spectacular, with a perfect barbecue to prepare outdoor meals and the spa-like swimming pool - it was the ideal place to relax and celebrate my birthday. The weekend was perfect and they exceeded all our expectations! Victor, the host, was exceptional! Always very attentive, he made our experience even more special. All our questions were answered quickly, and he made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. We recommend Casa da Figueira to all who want a unique and relaxing experience. We can't wait to return to this charming place! Thank you, Victor, for making my birthday so memorable!

wonderful reception by Rosi and Antônio, the house is very good, only the beach there is not very good for bathing, we had a great stay, great walk around the region, Itapema is well located, near BC firecrackers, half beach is very good, anyway, it was very worth the investment!

My family and I love the house! Rose Tia do André was the one who welcomed us along with her husband, and they were wonderful hosts. We had good communication, they always answered me and resolved what was requested. The house is exactly as advertised, quite spacious, making us feel very comfortable. I recommend everyone to stay at her place.

Quiet place, great location close to market, convenience and the beach as well, bedding was all clean and smelling. Always considerate Junior for sure I will be back

The stay was wonderful, the house is super spacious,comfortable and equipped. The kitchen has all the household utensils, various pans ,dishes and cutlery. Rooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Antônio was very helpful and attentive, we very much wish to return again.

They were perfect days at the Yellow house the house is close to the beach, you can walk with peace of mind.Counts with everything we need to have quiet days, bathing and bedding, clean and smelling. Good vehicles, good air conditioning. Beautifully cared for,clean and smelt house. Many children's toys have fun during their stay,my granddaughter loved it. A great home to stay.

The house is excellent. Furniture, hygiene, comfort, the place is near the beach, with the center nearby, but above all the courtesy and good attention of Osvaldo and Mrs. God willing, we will return.

We had an amazing stay during the few days in Itapema! We were 4 adults and 2 children, and it suited us perfectly! House in great condition, very well equipped, super comfortable, good location, the only bad part was having to leave lol. Thank you Milena for being part of a great experience on our mini vacation!

excellent location,very close to the beach 🏖️ of ladinho da avam and the center is near tbm market with bakery near the corner of the house the beach is very good clean and has bathroom near tbm the host always at the disposal and helped us with tudu cê have another opportunity I will come back

Excellent service, it matched what was published, good price, very nice to rest, near the sea, quick exit to the highway, 500 meters from a large market with everything, the only thing is if you like nightlife there isn't any, you have to go to another larger town... very grateful for everything I already recommended to several people... great

Clóvis served me very well, I had flexible check in and out, as far as possible. Good people neighborhood, and plenty of places to eat, nearby beach! I'm certainly back at a new opportunity, it was worth it!

The host welcomed us very well, all as agreed. Very clean place, extremely quiet, 150 meters from the beach, 100 meters from the market. Fenced house, car in garage.

Super attentive and understanding host, he was very flexible with our needs. The house is very organized and with thoughtful details such as bed linens and table, everything organized. I'll definitely be back.
