Very nice apartment and close to the beach

Very good, the apartment exceeded my expectations, very comfortable and the host was always very attentive, I really liked it, I will certainly recommend it to other people!!

Bruna's service was very friendly. The location is very close to the beach, but it's awkward to get to. The apartment is very nice, it overlooks a hill and the sea, although it does not fully match the photos in the publication. It is also very well equipped for cooking daily. All in all, it was a nice and comfortable experience. We would return, despite the location, for the warm and friendly treatment.

The host was extremely attentive. The apartment was very clean and organized. It is not a large accommodation, but it is extremely comfortable. We are located in 4 adult guests. It met all our needs. It really sits next to the market, very easy to find. I had no attempt that the apt is on the other side of the BR, however it is really very close to the beach. We didn't have any problems getting around. The pool is delicious! We managed to use it in the late afternoon. All the amenities described were present and in conditions of use.

I was very satisfied, the place is as described, just like the photos! Nice and cozy atmosphere, great reception! Quick and agile hosts in responding and guiding, I recommend it to everyone and great location!

The house is great. The view is incredible. Luiz Gustavo was super nice, even though it was by message. We had an unforeseen event that was reported to the host who was helpful in resolving it. I hope to return next time.

Excellent stay. The condominium has 3 swimming pools (one heated and two not heated), gym and dry sauna. The apartment has a very large and comfortable bed, gas shower and barbecue with a good balcony, overlooking the pool. The host was very attentive, fulfilling all my requests for changes and answering questions promptly. Recommend! Great!

We feel truly welcomed during our stay. The apartment is spacious, very well maintained and equipped with items of excellent quality — each detail conveys comfort and affection, which made us feel at home from the first moment. We traveled with family, with children and a baby, and found everything we needed for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The apartment structure perfectly serves those with young children, which has made all the difference to us. Communication was always attentive and kind, and Rosane deserves a special highlight: she was an exceptional host, always available and careful with every detail to make everything perfect. The location is also excellent, with market and attractions nearby. I recommend without hesitation: whoever stays in this apartment will have a welcoming, comfortable and unforgettable experience.

Wonderful! Extremely clean flat, everything perfect, brand new and tasteful, a spectacle. We loved the stay, the view is a show apart, possibly one of the best views of Balneário, it's like you're in the movies, we loved it. The bed part also has a well-closed blackout and custom-made furniture. Patricia is very sweet and responds immediately when needed. The building has amenities such as an internal market, laundry, a mini cafeteria. Very close to the building there is a large market, pharmacy, super well located. We will be back.

Apartment with great location, where there is market, restaurant, pharmacy, etc., to walk, a few meters from the beach, Ferris wheel and the Molhe da Barra Norte, employees of the super helpful condominium. Without counting the view of the apartment, which is simply a spectacle apart, it is worth every penny, we intend to return.

Our experience was great! The house corresponds very well to what is advertised, and Ana is a dear, super helpful and quickly responded to what was necessary. The house is large, clean and organized, with all the items needed for a pleasant stay. The condominium is very good is also well located, with swimming pool, tennis court, and a mini market that saved us when we needed it. The only point I would leave as a suggestion would be to offer towels and bedding. Everything else was great. Come back for sure! 😊 Thank you Ana for the stay!

The stay at the house was excellent. Everything matches the description. The place is very well located. The pool and bar are excellent. The state of Triplex is spectacular.
