The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

The ground floor consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen open to a dining room and then a living room. A bedroom and bathroom are on the same floor. Upstairs are 4 other bedrooms as well as two bathrooms and a toilet. A large terrace and a large garden accompany this house.

Located amid vineyards, you will enjoy its calm, its authenticity, its pool, its gardens and its magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
