The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Tranquil Studio On The Deck Behind The House

This guest suite used to be the master bedroom of the house, separated to become an independent unit after remodel. It's small but has plenty space for resting, working, dining or enjoy a cup of coffee. The unit has its own entrance at back of the house. The deck overlooks the tranquil green belt. As the house is at the top of the hill, walk to the sidewalk after parking at night, the beautiful Bellevue city light is a scene worth remembering.
