The space exceeded expectations at all levels. As soon as I entered I exclaimed: how beautiful!! The hosts are super friendly, adorable! We had a visit from the cats, who are so sweet. The house is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The landscape is beautiful and the location is quiet. I recommend and would surely come back. Roberta was a lovely host- extremely helpful and accommodating. The appartment was very clean and looked better than in photos. It was a short walk from the centre and not far from the old town. The garden is really quiet and lovely and worth noting.

We visited Schmitten in February and stayed for 5 nights. The apartment is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. We had a rental car but Schmitten is accessible also by Postbus. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. There are no restaurants in the walking distance, but only a local grocery store. Perfect place for family vacation, 20 min ride from Lenzerheide-Arosa and Davos ski areas.

The house is impeccable, quiet and well located for visiting the area. There is everything you need in the kitchen! Communication with Federico is very easy and the instructions are clear.

top notch apartment very very clean perfect equipment and quality kitchen tv lounge and bedroom with very good bedding the bathroom is also very clean and equipped regarding the very quiet environment in the heart of the mountains great location for hikes not to mention the proximity to the lake of iseo and the lake of endine smaller but more wild as well as the towns of Brescia and shepherd a little further but not too far really at the top, I recommend it. thank you to our hosts for hosting

Our stay was incredible! The view was breathtaking and the neighbors are kind and friendly. there is plenty of parking, however, getting to the home can be tricky as the roads are narrow and maps will lead you the short way, when you will need to take the long way around. With a unique local cuisine and history dating back hundreds of years, this is a must stay air bnb! Thanks Claudia!

I found the stay particularly pleasant: the accommodation is really spacious, furnished in a way that is far from impersonal. The comfort is the best and the outdoor spaces are also extremely pleasant to enjoy: having breakfast on the large terrace, or lying in the sun on the very comfortable lounge chairs provided a really remarkable plus. Tiziano and Claudia are also two perfect guests, discreet but very ready to help with directions and suggestions on excursions, shopping, restaurants ... and very pleasant people with whom to chat even more and less. I'm afraid I've taken advantage of their availability. Special mention for the dog Ade

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

We had a great time at the appartment, six people, 4 adults, 2 kids. Terrace mountain view is amazing and no direct neighbouring houses (apart from the flats in the same building), so safe snd sound ✌️ 2 bathrooms and many sleeping options, including the couch, make it very convenient when with small kids, the place is bright, wrll equipped and very cosy. Its only hard to find 😅 the given address doesnt correspond to the building exactly, but with the hostesss help we managed. We had amazing time!

We had a great time in this accommodation, everything very modern, well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Andreas is extremely helpful and kind to his guests, I highly recommend staying in this location. In our case it was an excellent base for moving to the various ski areas in the surroundings reachable within a half hour's drive.

Practically everything was top notch, only for reading in bed we would have liked good reading lamps on both sides. Great wine and a fine nut tart to welcome you! We felt very comfortable! The garage space was also very pleasant in winter.

The apartment is an excellent location, ski in and ski out. The two bedrooms were perfect for us as we stayed with our daughter and it was very quiet and with beautiful views. It has what you need to cook at home and we really enjoyed our stay. Would certainly again!

Hi the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to use their garage for our skis. The apartment is beautiful and has an extensively equipped kitchen! The floor is tiled and cold. Slippers are recommended here. Otherwise everything is as described.
