The house was practically new, very clean and in accordance with the photos and description. The setting is quiet and peaceful, with spectacular mountain views from the living room. The host was very kind, allowed us early check-in and flexible check-out, providing us with all the necessary information. Overall, a great stay that we recommend!

The location is great: just a 3-minute drive to the ski lift, or you can even walk to the slopes. The apartment is cozy, clean, and offers beautiful views. A perfect place for both summer and winter holidays. We will definitely come back again!

We enjoyed a very great ski week in Teola. The apartment has a great location, very close to the valley station, quiet, sunny and separate, heated ski room. Giorgio's staff on site were very friendly and very helpful. Only we had 2x short power interruption, because the power grid doesn't seem to be so resilient. Otherwise, everything is great!

We absolutely loved it. The house, the area, everything is just super special. 100m away is the best cafe / bar in town called Bar Marianna's with delicious croissants, coffee, wine, beer, snacks. there is also a great Pizzeria a 2 minute walk away.There are beautiful trails on the mountain a few hundred meters from the front door. The bedrooms, lounge, shower, everything is just really top and far exceeded our expectations.

A vacation dedicated to rest and Luca's apartment was perfect. Very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday surrounded by nature. I do not recommend it for those who have walking problems as it is located on the first floor without an elevator and with access from the courtyard with significant slopes. A problem on arrival caused by works in the center of the village of Precasaglio was promptly solved thanks to the advice of Luca's wife (Debora) who very kindly showed us the alternative to access the accommodation. A special thank you for coming to us about a problem that happened to us at the last minute before leaving. If we have another chance, we'd definitely like to come back. Thank you and goodbye! Our vacation at Emanuele's place was perfect. The house is small but equipped with everything you need (perhaps the most equipped house we have stayed in). Elisabetta welcomed us with kindness and sympathy. Although the house is part of their home, the access is independent and privacy was 100% respected, it seemed like we were the only ones staying there! We'll be back soon!

The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.
