Samuele's place is a 1st floor appartment above his home, which at times is occupied by his family but very they are quiet and you stay there with absolute privacy. The highlights are the two terraces with stunning views. Wifi is very good. The peninsula of Plemmirio is very quiet. There's an occasional barking dog when the evening falls but during the day and at night there's absolute stillness. The location is perfect for visiting Syracuse or its southern surroundings, towards Noto, or the interior like the necropolis of Pantalica. There's private parking behind the automatic fence, which is a big comfort. To Samuele's own frustration, the steep part of the road up to his house is damaged, which makes for a few meters of adventure but nothing serious, nor extraordinary by Sicilian standards. Hopefully the municipality will fix it soon. I wholeheartedly recommend the place and its owner. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

This is a beautiful beach house in a great location. Ida is a very accommodating and responsive host, who makes you feel very welcome.

We stayed in the house for a week with nine people (two families). We had a great time. The house is really spacious, and the pool is great. The house is within walking distance of several restaurants that are located directly at the beach. It's a great place to relax and to explore the island. Davide and Fabio were very helpful and quickly replied whenever we needed to contact them.

Santi has a wonderful upscale apartment, in a terrific location, and he offers it with great hospitality and genuine care and attention for your benefit. The decor, fittings, furniture and kitchen equipment are all new and very good quality, the 180 degree view of Ortigia and the bay of Syracuse from the decks and wall to wall glass windows is awesome day and night, the neighborhood is quiet, the building secure, and there’s plenty of space to park out front on the street at any time. Santi was very kind in helping us with our heavy bags up the steep stairs and for sharing plenty of tips and advice for the area. Ortigia, 20 minutes away, was a delight, full of Baroque charm and character, amazing buildings and architecture, and buzzing with streetlife, restaurants and cafes. Late April was the perfect time to be there. Thanks Santi!
