Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Isola del Giglio

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso la casa di Fabiana a Porto Santo Stefano e non posso che esprimere la mia più totale soddisfazione. Fin dal primo contatto, Fabiana si è dimostrata incredibilmente accogliente e disponibile, fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per raggiungere la casa e per goderci al meglio il nostro soggiorno. La posizione è strategica, a pochi passi dal vivace porto e dai principali punti di interesse di Porto Santo Stefano, pur godendo di una piacevole tranquillità.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung von Serena und Giulio. Serena hat uns persönlich empfangen und war immer für uns erreichbar, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten und hat uns viele tolle Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Alles in allem konnten wir so unseren Aufenthalt im Toskanischen Frühling bei bestem Wetter genießen. Danke!!!

Un posto meraviglioso al di là delle aspettative. Immerso nella natura e nella quiete in un tratto di mare bellissimo, dune, macchia mediterranea, campi gialli colorati da fiori variopinti, coniglietti selvatici, tartarughe, canti di uccelli di ogni specie e non ultimo un piacevole venticello che ci ha rinfrancato per tutto il tempo del soggiorno. Casa deliziosa e confortevole. Tutto molto ben curato in ogni dettaglio. Speriamo di poter tornare!

Wir waren bewusst auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Zuhause für einige Tage Ausspannen - und wurden bei Teresa fündig! Das sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen ist sehr ruhig gelegen und verfügt über eine wunderbare Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer Richtung Festland. Schattenspender sind zwei wunderbare Olivenbäume. Alles ist sehr funktional eingerichtet, ohne übertriebenen Luxus! Der Austausch und Umgang mit der Vermieterin ist äusserst familiär. Für Urlaub zu zweit - oder auch mal alleine - können wir das Muschelhäuschen sehr empfehlen!

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Rossano et sa femme nous ont très bien accueilli. La maison est fidèle à la description, propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisinier et pour le petit déjeuner. Un grand merci!

Our stay at Alessandra´s place has been fantastic. The house and the terrace are gorgeous. Stitting there in the late afternoon and evenings, watching the sun set is a dream - no need to move much. A nice beach with pebble stone can be reached in walking distance. The house has everything you need and is spacy and comfortable. The mosquito nets in front of doors and windows are pretty useful. For everyone enjoying a great view over the sea it is highly recommended. The communication has been easy and fast. Nothing to complain. Thanks for the great time we had.

We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Gemütliche Wohnung mit zwei Sofas und bequemem Stühlen im Wohnzimmer. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Grossartige Aussicht vom Balkon, Blick gegen Süden und Sonnenuntergang. Küche sehr gut eingerichtet. Bad und Schlafzimmer hat alles was es braucht. In der Nacht sehr ruhig, am Morgen hört man bei offenem Schlafzimmer-Fenster die wenig befahrene Strasse. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, alles unkompliziert 😊. Auto sicher von Vorteil. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartamento in mezzo alla natura, ben collegato sia per visitare le spiagge che l'entroterra. Clorinda e i suoceri che vivono sopra all'appartamento sono stati cordiali e gentili. Tutto bene!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giglio. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Alles war da, alles funktionierte, einfach so, dass es uns vom ersten Moment an wohl war. Die Aussicht auf Campese ist spektakulär, die Umgebung rund um die Wohnung schön und zweckmässig gestaltet. Die Kommunikation funktionierte tipptopp, wir kamen spät an, aber das war kein Problem. Da auch Freunde von uns auf der Insel waren und wir uns gegenseitig besuchten, schätzte ich sehr, dass die Küchenausstattung nicht "abgezählt" war, das heisst, dass es auch Gläser, Tassen usw. für Besucher gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Giuliano e sua moglie sono stati molto ospitali e si sono presi cura di noi dall'inizio alla fine. Eccellente comunicazione e tanti consigli utili. Angolo cottura fornitissimo con ingredienti di base e alimenti vari per la colazione.

L'appartamento è esattamente come da foto, in un posto veramente tranquillo (era da tempo che non vedevo la Via Lattea così bene!) ma vicino a tantissime attività: Argentario, Maremma, borghi storici, terme e tanto altro. Stefano e sua moglie sono stati host fantastici, sia nella cura che nei consigli, per non parlare dello splendido giro in barca che ricordiamo con gioia! Consigliato al 100%

Casa bellissima, isolata e silenziosa. Appartamento completo di qualsiasi cosa possiate immaginare, oltre ad un kot di benvenuto composto da un aperitivo completo, cibo per colazione e macchina da caffè con cialde a volontà a disposizione. Giardino provato recintato perfetto. Unica nota negativa il letto, un po' scomodo vista la rete a molle.

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

Wonderful location and host very responsive. Beautiful apartment that felt like home! Walking distance to the beautiful little town with lots of food options and shopping. David was a wonderful host.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft, mit einer herrlichen Aussicht, die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Besonders im Oktober war es wunderbar ruhig in der Umgebung und wir hatten den Ort fast für uns alleine. Die Wohnung ist stimmig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Hier und da zeigen sich Gebrauchsspuren, was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht beeinflusst hat. Es empfiehlt sich – wie vom Gastgeber beschrieben – vor der Anreise mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken, da der nächste Supermarkt etwa 20-25 Minuten entfernt liegt. Badeschuhe sind für den Steinstrand sehr praktisch, besonders wenn der Wellengang etwas stärker ist. Mit dieser Ausstattung haben wir das immer noch angenehm warme Wasser sehr genießen können. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Fragen oder Anliegen schnell und freundlich reagiert.

Ho soggiornato una settimana nell’alloggio di Paolo con altre quattro persone e una bimba piccola e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il terrazzo è ancora più bello che nelle foto, la posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più famose dell’Argentario (sempre in macchina); è stato bellissimo ogni giorno svegliarci nel verde e con la vista del mare. Molto comode la doccia e la cucina esterne. La casa è ben organizzata come spazi, armadi e utensili della cucina. Paolo è stato molto gentile anche a fornirci lenzuola non previste per la bimba. Consigliato!

Schöne, ruhige Unterkunft Kommunikation mit Edoardo war sehr gut, er hat uns zeitnah abgeholt als wir bei der Ankunft seinen Bauernhof nicht gleich gefunden haben.. Die Verkehrsführung in der Umgebung von Grosseto und Alberese ist zu Beginn irritierend, aber nach kurzer Zeit gewöhnt man sich daran. Edoardos Unterkunft ist eine gute Basis für Ausflüge in der Maremma.

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione. I punti di forza sono la vicinanza al centro e a tutti i servizi, il parcheggio non a pagamento nei pressi dell'alloggio, e soprattutto il terrazzo. Abbiamo trascorso felicemente tantissimo tempo in terrazzo, per la colazione e per la cena. La cucina ha tutto quel che serve, con una grande lavastoviglie. La permanenza è stata ottima. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

This is a beautiful home in a very nice setting — the views from every window are exactly how we imagined Tuscany to look! The town of Montiano is very quiet with not too much to do, but all of the locals were very nice in greeting our family, especially my toddler son. Day trips to Grosetto, Ortebello, Magliano, Talamone and wineries were easy. I’d definitely recommend this place for someone/s looking for a peaceful, scenic stay away from any hustle and bustle.

Wonderful stay at Matteo’s apartment. The view is beautiful, lots of evenings spent sat drinking wine on the balcony! It’s peaceful, easy to walk into town, basic facilities like coffee, ability to cook, clean bathroom, AC, comfy bed. We liked the stripped back basic feel, with good company, a view, wine and local fish from the market cooked at home we highly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend thank you Matteo!
