I had the pleasure of staying at Fabiana's house in Porto Santo Stefano and I can only express my most total satisfaction. From the first contact, Fabiana was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with all the information we need to get to the house and to make the most of our stay. The location is strategic, a short walk from the bustling port and the main points of interest of Porto Santo Stefano, while enjoying a pleasant tranquility.

Wonderful stay in all respects. Great hosts and superb accommodation and location. Serena’s house is a gem. Amazing view, peaceful, comfortable, and we loved hiking and exploring the peninsula.

A wonderful place beyond expectations. Surrounded by nature and quiet in a beautiful stretch of sea, dunes, Mediterranean scrub, yellow fields colored by colorful flowers, wild bunnies, turtles, songs of birds of all species and not least a pleasant breeze that refreshed us throughout the stay. Delightful and comfortable home. Everything very well cared for in every detail. We hope to be able to go back!

We were consciously looking for a quiet home to relax for a few days - and found it at Teresa's! The very tasteful and lovingly furnished cottage is very quiet and has a wonderful terrace with great views of the sea towards the mainland. Two wonderful olive trees provide shade. Everything is very functionally furnished, without exaggerated luxury! The exchange and interaction with the landlady is extremely familiar. For a vacation for two - or even alone - we highly recommend the shell house!

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Our stay at Alessandra´s place has been fantastic. The house and the terrace are gorgeous. Stitting there in the late afternoon and evenings, watching the sun set is a dream - no need to move much. A nice beach with pebble stone can be reached in walking distance. The house has everything you need and is spacy and comfortable. The mosquito nets in front of doors and windows are pretty useful. For everyone enjoying a great view over the sea it is highly recommended. The communication has been easy and fast. Nothing to complain. Thanks for the great time we had.

We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Cozy apartment with two sofas and comfortable chairs in the living room. We felt right at home. Great view from the balcony, south-facing view and sunset. Kitchen very well furnished. Bathroom and bedroom have everything you need. Very quiet at night, in the morning you can hear the quiet street with the bedroom window open. Very friendly landlady, everything straightforward😊. A car is certainly an advantage. We will be happy to come back.

Apartment in the middle of nature, well connected to both the beaches and the hinterland. Clorinda and the in-laws above the apartment were friendly and kind. All good!

We had a wonderful time in Giglio. The apartment exceeded our expectations, everything was there, everything worked, just so that it was comfortable for us from the first moment. The view of Campese is spectacular, the surroundings around the apartment are beautiful and functional. The communication worked tip top, we arrived late, but that was no problem. Since friends of ours were also on the island and we visited each other, I really appreciated that the kitchen equipment was not "counted", which means that there were also glasses, cups, etc. for visitors. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, in a really quiet place (I haven't seen the Milky Way so well in a long time!) but close to many activities: Argentario, Maremma, historic villages, spas and much more. Stefano and his wife were fantastic hosts, both in care and advice, not to mention the wonderful boat ride we remember with joy! 100% recommended

Beautiful, isolated and quiet house. Apartment complete with anything you can imagine, as well as a welcome kit consisting of a full aperitif, breakfast food and coffee machine with unlimited pods available. Perfect fenced backyard. Only negative note is the bed, a little uncomfortable given the spring base.

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

Absolutely stunning, beautiful place. The pictures don’t do it justice. I’ve never stayed so close to the sea before and the view from my bedroom every morning was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed a week at Paolo's place with four other people and a little girl and we had a great time. The terrace is even nicer than in the photos than in the photos, the location is very convenient to reach all the most famous beaches of the Argentario (always by car); it was beautiful every day to wake up in the greenery and with the view of the sea. The outdoor shower and kitchen are very comfortable. The house is well organized as spaces, cabinets and kitchen utensils. Paolo was also very kind to provide us with sheets that are not provided for the baby. Recommended!

Nice, quiet place to stay Communication with Edoardo was very good, he picked us up promptly when we did not find his farm immediately upon arrival. The traffic management in the area of Grosseto and Alberese is irritating at first, but after a short time you get used to it. Edoardo's place is a good base for excursions in the Maremma.

The apartment matches the description. The strengths are the proximity to the center and all amenities, unpaid parking near the property, and especially the terrace. We happily spent a lot of time on the terrace, breakfast, and dinner. The kitchen has everything you need, with a large dishwasher. The stay was great. We hope to be back soon!

This is a beautiful home in a very nice setting — the views from every window are exactly how we imagined Tuscany to look! The town of Montiano is very quiet with not too much to do, but all of the locals were very nice in greeting our family, especially my toddler son. Day trips to Grosetto, Ortebello, Magliano, Talamone and wineries were easy. I’d definitely recommend this place for someone/s looking for a peaceful, scenic stay away from any hustle and bustle.

Wonderful stay at Matteo’s apartment. The view is beautiful, lots of evenings spent sat drinking wine on the balcony! It’s peaceful, easy to walk into town, basic facilities like coffee, ability to cook, clean bathroom, AC, comfy bed. We liked the stripped back basic feel, with good company, a view, wine and local fish from the market cooked at home we highly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend thank you Matteo!
