We were consciously looking for a quiet home to relax for a few days - and found it at Teresa's! The very tasteful and lovingly furnished cottage is very quiet and has a wonderful terrace with great views of the sea towards the mainland. Two wonderful olive trees provide shade. Everything is very functionally furnished, without exaggerated luxury! The exchange and interaction with the landlady is extremely familiar. For a vacation for two - or even alone - we highly recommend the shell house!

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, in a really quiet place (I haven't seen the Milky Way so well in a long time!) but close to many activities: Argentario, Maremma, historic villages, spas and much more. Stefano and his wife were fantastic hosts, both in care and advice, not to mention the wonderful boat ride we remember with joy! 100% recommended

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

Everything worked out just fine. Location is great, close to the large, wide sandy beach. Approximately 10-minute walk to the center of Marina. Shopping and restaurant visits are easy without a car. Larger shopping centers/sights for alternative programs easily accessible by car. Apartment clean and well maintained, in a quiet residential area with plenty of green space within walking distance. Everything necessary is available in the apartment. Parking is available right in front of the house. Thanks Roberta for the nice 14 days at your apartment

Absolutely stunning, beautiful place. The pictures don’t do it justice. I’ve never stayed so close to the sea before and the view from my bedroom every morning was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Luigi’s place is something that simply cannot be put into words ❤️ The photos you see on the listing do not come even close to portraying the beauty of his home. The view from the terrace is more stunning than you could ever imagine and the interior of the home is incredibly charming. The village of Manciano is so quaint, and full of such friendly people. Every single place we ate was the best meal we’d eaten our entire trip, and all of the local staff and people were incredibly kind. I will recommend Luigi’s home to everyone, and I will probably return!!

We stayed 2 nights at Casa Agave with our 4-legged friend: clean and tidy accommodation, immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. Terme di Saturnia is a 10-minute drive, but also convenient for visiting the Lake Bolsena area. Francesca is a very kind host, she recommended places to eat and local events!

The apartment matches the description. The strengths are the proximity to the center and all amenities, unpaid parking near the property, and especially the terrace. We happily spent a lot of time on the terrace, breakfast, and dinner. The kitchen has everything you need, with a large dishwasher. The stay was great. We hope to be back soon!
