Nice, clean, great for its closeness to ocean and downtown Cancun. We became expert city bus riders! Only 60 cents to ride the bus downtown. Ocean water was the perfect temperature even though we were here in January. My only complaint would be someone upstairs had a little kid who rose up early in the mornings

Our family had a great week at the Westin Lagunamar! The 2BR suite was very spacious, the staff really nice/helpful, and the resort is in a great location with nice pool/beach area. Short walk to the mall across the street, where there many good restaurants and shops. Great family vacation!

Thanks Kenny for all your helpful advice while booking. We ended up renting a vehicle which made our stay much better. While we had no reason to leave the resort, having a vehicle allowed us to try different food/restaurants, shop around and sight see without having to schedule or wait for taxis.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this charming and conveniently located airbnb! The place was clean and well maintained, and we loved being in the center of it all with the ocean view.

La estancia es muy agradable, ubicación excelente y el transporte público está súper cerca para tomarlos autobúses que recorren zona hotelera para moverte a otras playas, la vista del balcón hacia el mar es genial, nos tocó ver reflejada la luz de la luna al mar así que es sin duda un lugar espectacular para hospedarse. Solo el primer día no tuvimos agua caliente para la ducha pero comprendo también que hay cosas fuera de las manos del alfitrion, estuvo pendiente y al siguiente día a primera hora estuvo resuelto. Francisco responde pronto y amable con instrucciones claras.

They were very accommodating and were able to get us in within a day notice! Their place is perfect for bringing families together because you are all under the same roof but each family/couple has their own space in their own condo. Mateo was great help too. Thank you guys for the great time!

My boyfriend and I stayed with Bruce and omg what an amazing decision. Bruce was so nice and gave us a long list of places we should check out. Made us some delicious breakfast and shared with us some amazing stories. The location is also so amazing. It is close to so many delicious restaurants and so close to the resorts so you can definitely party all you want. If you are coming to Cancun and need a cheap place with an amazing view stay at, I highly highly recommended staying with Bruce

we spent 4 days in an idyllic paradise, steps from the beach and restaurants. The manager Alex met us when we rolled in after dark, showed us what we needed to know, and welcomed us to the island. All of the staff were extremely kind. it was such a pleasant stay we will certainly be back.

La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de los lugares de entretenimiento, con la playa a unos metros, cruzando la calle hay un Soriana selecto y un oxxo, farmacia etc, la habitación que me toco es amplia, y la alberca queda justo al frente con una gran vista.

Everything was perfect. The resort is beautiful and one of my favorite places to visit. The restaurants had delicious food, the cocktails were amazing and the staff was very friendly. Definitely worth the price for this luxurious all inclusive resort. I'll definitely stay again. Rebecca was an amazing host and I I highly recommend!

Very clean and nice place to stay. The AC was great for the hot days and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop patio has a beautiful view of sunset and a panorama view of the island. We ended up leaving earlier than planned and Alfonso was very understanding.

El lugar es muy bueno, está muy bien ubicado y tiene una playa increíble. Nos encantó, definitivamente volveríamos.

excelente lugar y muy céntrico

Una estancia bonita! El departamento está en una muy buena ubicación, con mucho que hacer cerca. El check-in y check-out fueron súper fáciles, sin complicaciones. La casa está muy bien equipada, ¡incluso tiene muchísimos vasos (y todo lo necesario)! Nos encantó quedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente. ¡Volveríamos sin duda!

Mi estancia fue muy buena!! Nos agradó el lugar, siempre hubo una muy buena atención de la anfitriona ante cualquier cosa, el lugar estaba limpio, solo unos pequeños detalles como que no había agua caliente o falta de mantenimiento al wc.
