The secret corner of Giovanni the Fisherman

Casa Procidana as once, in the center of the large marina,where it overlooks a wonderful view that goes from miseno head to lighthouse tip. The apartment preserves all the characteristics of the Procidane houses of yesteryear, so that you can identify yourself in a historical place on the island. From the balcony you can appreciate the light show that illuminates the Procidana bay. Characteristics instead the parities that day after day prepare the nets to go out to sea.

Profumo di mare is a newly built two-room penthouse, in a villa, with a large panoramic terrace. It is located in the bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Gulf of Naples (Vesuvius, Sorrento peninsula, islands of Capri, Procida and Vivara). The penthouse consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 sqm. The large terrace (50 sqm), half covered by a canopy, is equipped with every comfort.

The villa has a large garden and there are no stairs. The beach is just outside of the gate (right across the street). Accessories: a beach umbrella, beach chairs. Charming one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette, located in the historic center of Ischia Ponte, on Via Seminario, with special attention to guest comfort. Just a few steps from the sea, both free and equipped beaches, and the Aragonese Castle. Very close to all the essential services for a pleasant stay. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, intimacy and posizione.I our apartments with sea view, located directly on the sand, can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
