I first booked just for one night but ended up staying for 3 nights. It‘s such a lovely place, very quiet, beautiful landscape (river, hot springs…) and a lot of other cool stuff around. Gary and Anetta are such kindly and friendly hosts. It felt just like home and really enjoyed my stay.

Adams Cabin, Lake Isabella- Kernville

CodyRating, 5 stars4 months ago
This was my first Airbnb stay and it went very well. the cabin was stocked with plenty of everyday things such cleaning supplies, dishes, utensils, towels, washcloths, seasonings and even non perishable foods. We had a few small hiccups with things working properly but Jessica was very polite and quick to get them resolved. Overall her service was impressive, the cabin was clean and the view of the sunrise on the lake was great to wake up to. Well worth the value at a very good price, thank you for the great stay!

Lake Isabella Getaway: Modern Comforts

Christine’s place was a great stay for our week in Lake Isabella!! It’s in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, nice big back yard for our dog to roam around and to sit out at night to gaze at all the stars!!! Home was clean and looked just like listing. Bed was very comfortable with nice linens and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked to make meals, with nice pots and pans. Check in was easy and house was easy to find. It is a short drive into town(10 minutes) and into Kernville(20 minutes) The lake is so close and has so many spots to pull off and do a little fishing or just hang out. Lots of hiking trails, make the trip up to see the Trail of 100 Giants and Nobe Young Creek Falls!! Lastly Christine was a great host…..very responsive, and very sweet! Totally recommend Christine and her home.
A serene view of a flowing river surrounded by rocky banks and greenery. Gentle waves create ripples on the surface, while trees dot the landscape in the background, leading up to distant hills under a clear blue sky.

Fay Creek Cabin Near Kern River & Lake Isabella

DominiqueRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We loved our stay here! It was clean and spacious for our family of 4 + our dog. Steven provided all the info ahead of time, even instructions on how to most efficiently cool down the home and was very responsive to any questions I had about the home or things to do in the area. Steve suggested we check out the Trail of 100 Giants and it was perfect for us! I’m also used to other Airbnb having a list of things to do before check out but Steve said not to worry and just to enjoy. He was also flexible with check out time which made it so relaxing for us & was very appreciated. Only thing that surprised us was the photos gave the impression that we were isolated from everyone else, but there’s actually homes all around. This is not a big deal though as it was still plenty of privacy. I didn’t see anyone while there so it checked off what we were looking for and we would love to come back. We had a wonderful experience.
