Family-friendly vacation rentals in Irvine

Yan’s place was exactly what we needed for a big family resting place. The expectations of the place were well communicated and friendly reminders were plastered all around the house to refer to on our last night and morning. Everyone had a great time, there was a point of great discomfort for me but after speaking with Yan, she assured me of a speedy solution.

Very clean, cute decor, comfortable and spacious (for our family of 5people), has a lot of ample amenities even for kids! Clubhouse, pool & jacuzzi access. Securities at the gate were friendly and the Neighbors mostly seem don't mind having Air BnB guests in a gated community. Walking to Waldorf hotel took about 10m, beach about 20m. But the restaurants and stores were in short driving distance. We really enjoyed this spot. Thank you!

Lovely stay, exactly as pictured! Clean, spacious, and fit all 5 of us perfectly. The neighborhood is so pretty, we kept admiring it on our walks. Our main purpose of the trip was Disneyland, so we were happy the house was about a 30 minute walk away, but honestly seemed shorter. Whitney was a great host, super responsive. Was quick to send help when we were having trouble using the outside grill! Would happily stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful space! It almost seems like you’re transported somewhere else, even another time. It was all great! And being one who usually avoids host interactions, Margarita and her husband couldn’t have been more welcoming. 10/10 would reco!

My girls and I really enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful atmosphere, exactly what we needed & what we were looking for. Only complaints is we couldn’t experience the waterfall (would have made my daughter’s bday even better) & also the pool heater. This prevented us from using the pool at night (water was cold) we would have LOVED using the pool from morning till night to take full advantage of the beautiful pool but like they mentioned, it’s expensive to maintain, so I def understand.

This was the best Airbnb I have stayed in yet! ... and I travel quite a bit! ... it is part of my job...as well as hobby! From check in to check out...the home itself...the pool and spa...the items provided...the attentiveness of Jorgen...simply a complete 5 star experience! I will be returning in the future! The house was exactly as pictured and described. The pool was great! I loved that they had toiletries, made it so easy to check in late and not have to immediately unpack. if we needed anything, Carmen responded within minutes! The drive to Disney was a BREEZE! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Adele’s place was wonderful, including a super comfortable bed and luxurious bath. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the little extras like the full-length mirror at the end of the hall (we had some formal events to attend). Adele was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Betty’s Bungalow. The place was very comfy and had everything you could ask for to have a meal, getting ready for the beach or just relaxing on the front Adirondack chairs having coffee while greeting the neighbors walking by. We look forward to our return trip.

We came for my cousin’s wedding and it was perfect! Super easy check in with helpful hints, pretty and comfortable rooms, fabulous outdoor areas, and everything we needed. Milli was very kind and flexible and we had no problems at all.

The house was in a perfect location, so close to the beach and local restaurants. The living areas were spacious and were larger than they looked in the pictures It was great to have plenty of children’s toys and the games machine was an added bonus, for children and adult’s alike! Beach chairs and equipment were appreciated, We had a really lovely stay and would definitely return someday.

Sheri’s home is our go to place to stay when in Orange County. It’s in a quiet, beautiful and safe neighborhood. Places like Disneyland, Honda Center and Angels Stadium are very accessible from the house. The home is very well represented in the listing. It is very comfortable and homey and makes a great home away from home. The fully fenced in backyard is great for dogs and kids alike. Sheri is a proactive, friendly and easy to communicate with host. I would highly recommend booking Sheri’s home. We are already booked to be back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! We particularly enjoyed using the front patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee, while having the ambiance of the beach town. It was always sweet when people walking by would say good morning or just talk about the joys of the weather that day. This spot was also super close to the beach and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and go back home within minutes. The proximity to a grocery store and dining options was also perfect.

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

A great place to stay if you are looking for a short walk to the beach. Great destination and neighborhood to be in.

Tony and Shelly's "Orange Slice" was excellent. The space was the perfect size. Accommodations were comfortable and the outside space was beautiful and relaxing. Tony and Shelly were very responsive when we had questions and very generous hosts. I would recommend this space to others. We had a great experience!

The cottage was super clean, (she uses non-toxic cleaning products, which I loved) and the bed was very comfortable. She left us some beautiful roses, citrus from her trees, some snacks, and breakfast items, which was a nice touch. It is located in a nice area with beautiful surroundings. It was perfect for our 2 night's stay! It was nice meeting Janene and her husband. Janene is a wonderful host and very meticulous! Thank you for the lovely stay! We will be back!

Susan's home is just what my siblings and I needed for our weekend in Orange County. Ample space, furniture, necessities, etc. Susan was also very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. Less than 20 minute drive from Disney and in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful backyard. Thank you so much, Susan!

Five stars, 100%, A+! If you have the chance to stay here at Tonya’s beach cottage, don’t miss it! Perfectly appointed, clean & spare but warm and welcoming design and furnishings. Darling neighborhood with lovely walkable streets and a flower-lined pedestrian bridge leading to the beach a short 10 min walk away. And Tonya’s hospitality is truly a gift that she enjoys sharing with others!!! Gorgeous charcuterie board and a bottle of chilled wine were waiting for us upon arrival. And, by some magical combo of a lovely mattress, crisp cool sheets and ocean air, I experienced truly great sleep! Thank you so much Tonya!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jacob’s space. It was three blocks from downtown and very easy to move around the area. They were wonderful host house was ex extraordinarily comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The space was cozy without feeling crap. We have plenty of room to unpack and plenty of room to move around. We had breakfast either in the dining area or out on the front patio every morning.

Kingston's place was perfect for just me! Great walkable location, the most comfy bed with soft sheets. Felt right at home.

Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the heart of Corona del Mar, close to a great range of restaurants ( highly recommend Gina’s Pizza - right across the road) plus a lovely local grocery store. Close to Corona del Mar state beach, just a 8 minute walk / 4 min drive. The apartment is super comfortable & the small outside balcony is a great. Highly recommend this apartment. Just perfect.
