Monthly Rentals in Ireland's Eye

The apartment is a little cramped but the location is unbeatable. I had a HS reunion at the Abbey Tavern, directly across the road so I couldn't have asked for better. Conveniently close to a grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, Church, library, DART, Howth Castle and habor. Can't rate on parking as I didn't have a car. Also, there are plenty of restaurants and bars w/in walking distance. I recommend the Harbor Bar too, full of locals, and the 4 felines (gin, tonic, bushmills and ?). The apartment shared a wall with the gents toilet, so we heard some lively and funny conversations, and the hand dryer. That can be annoying, so bring earplugs for Friday and Saturday nights. Daragh was great too. We needed a Taxi for Easter Sunday. Daragh gave us a reliable taxi service, and confirmed it as my phone wasn't working. Thanks Daragh. He's a really chill guy. The cleaning ladies were very thorough and helpful.

Set in the heart of Hawthorne this apartment punches above its weight. Cosy and comfortable and easy to park up. 5 minutes from the Dart and 25 mins into the centre of Dublin. Perfect for a city trip with the beautiful harbour on your doorstep. Quiet and the big and well stocked kitchen offers an alternative to the many walkable places to eat. Many thanks

Anne was an absolutely perfect host - very responsive and answered all of our questions. Her home was immaculate and very well equipped for our stay. The location was great. We didn't take the car out once in the 2+ weeks we stayed there. Everything is walkable in Howth and the village is lovely.
