Beach condo vacation rentals in N. São do Ó

Maria Augusta was very attentive, she answered us promptly. The flat is exactly as described by the host, beautifully decorated, cleaning grade 10, has everything the host needs. Regarding the high wall beach, without words is excellent, quiet place of calm sea, it looks like a swimming pool, hot water and lots of privacy. In relation to the Nui Condominium, beautiful and warm pools, very nice place. Our family loved it, we will be back for sure.

Everything was perfect, super nice beach, fantastic condominium, place for you to enjoy a lot, wonderful pools, breakfast that you can have in the condominium with a super fair price, the apartment is very cozy and clean, we loved everything, I highly recommend it and we want to return with certainty.

Luís's Flat is very nice. There was only one problem that made me very upset. Louis and the laundry staff are charging me a value for non-skin stains. The problem was already there. The people who stayed in the room unfortunately did not tell me so that I could take pictures and communicate to Luís. The bottom sheet was stained. But it was clean, so the staff didn't think it necessary to let me know. The laundry left another guest over and now they are trying to push me into this situation. Regrettable. I've never had that kind of problem. Prisoned for the care of other people's things. I invite responsible and trusted people when I rent. Unfortunately, they didn't tell me about this. Even the towels are accusing me of having stained. The evidence they have are of folded towels and the top sheet of the bed, which you can't see anything stain , of course. The problem with the sheet was the bottom and the folded towels cannot be seen such stains. Be careful, take as many photos as possible.

Great flat, there's everything you need. Besides being very beautiful is very complete indeed! The condominium is also spectacular, with several swimming pools and access to the beach, as well as being very well taken care of. This is all at a very fair and affordable price. I'll definitely come back!

My wife and I had an excellent Easter in Mr. Fabio. Makia's structure, with several pools scattered throughout the common space, allowed us to enjoy ourselves even with many guests in the other rooms due to the period. There is a restaurant inside that meets the needs well enough, plus a 24-hour convenience store at the Makia location. The apartment was as shown in the photos, with a hot shower and good space in the room, with a TV connected to the internet with excellent speed, allowing us to watch good movies when we did, without crashes. The only point was on the last day, when there was a lack of water in the condominium as a whole, but in a few hours it was resolved. We'll definitely be back as soon as possible.

The flat has a good space, even bigger than it looks on the pictures! Beds are comfortable and everything was working perfectly! The resort's infrastructure is very good, especially for those traveling with children! Many activities, especially in Samoa, that can be enjoyed by guests. Every day we were there had live music shows from 8pm to 10pm, which we could see and hear from the flat porch! Access to the beach is very easy and umbrellas and chairs were available. Waleska was a great host, always helpful and available! We didn't have any issues during the stay! Only the question of cleaning I believe that could be better! It was fine, but a "heavier" cleaning would make it perfect! Overall, we are very satisfied!

Overall everything was great. We had a problem only with the air-conditioning in the suite, which is very old and is not cooling well. Two lamps were burned out, but they were replaced as soon as we arrived. Host and attentive staff.

It was a good stay, the place is less than 10 minutes from downtown Porto de Galinhas. The pool is very good.

We love the apartment, it has everything we need, very clean and well equipped. Facing the pool, which my kids loved! All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. The condominium is excellent, attentive staff and everything is very organized. Dayanne was always attentive and gave us all the support. I recommend it to everyone and when we return to Porto de Galinhas, we will definitely book again.

What I liked the most about it all was the question of the location and the services within the Resort. Wonderful food, we don't even have to worry, always asked for everything there, plus all great structure. We rented car and from there we went to Maceió in a super quiet way.

Lilian is an excellent host and your property met our expectations. The sea in front of the condominium is beautiful, the sunrise is right from the exit from the condominium to the beach. For bathing a walk of two hundred meters, with many pexinhos. The condominium is also excellent, always clean and warm pools. The location is ideal for relaxation and rest. We love.

Everything was extremely perfect, my family and I felt at home, the apartment was very complete and met all our needs, everything was very clean and organized, not to mention the structure of the flat and resort, a place to always return to.

We really enjoyed staying at Marcos' flat. Less than a 2-minute walk from Rua das Sombrinhas, many restaurants nearby and a good leisure area, with a swimming pool. The flat was super organized, with all the kitchen equipment and with a hairdryer and iron available. It serves a couple very well. We would recommend it and come back again! 🙏

Beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms, a very comfortable living room and kitchen; and safe to go with boys. It is two blocks from the center and the beach (to our taste of the most beautiful of Porto de galinhas) which makes it very comfortable in every way. Rodrigo is an excellent host, very willing to help in everything you need and at any time and on top of it he speaks a perfect Spanish. The truth was that we were very pleasant to stay and we are very grateful to him and his family

We loved the apartment. Very good location to go to the beach in the center. It's just like the photos, with this balcony with direct access to the building's pool, which is super practical and has a beautiful view with the beach and sea in the background. The time we went the condominium was with few people so the pool often had no one but us. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen to make food without problems, the dishwasher is a lifesaver, good service area. Accessibility in the surroundings is very bad with streets with a lot of construction and unevenness... the path to the center of the village is super short, about 10 minutes, and to the market, about 5 minutes, but there are many buildings under construction and the public areas are poorly maintained, which is not the fault of AirBnB or the condominium, but of the city hall. The beach in front is wonderful and has tables, chairs and an umbrella from the condominium at your disposal. I always suggest looking at the tide table to make the best use of the natural pools.

Everything was great, Rodrigo is super attentive, received us super well, always available and ready to help. The apartment is very well located, we do not need the car for nothing, close to the beach and the center of Porto. Perfect.
