Very good stay, as it has: quick communication with the host; gated community, with security and facilitated our late check-in; an excellent employee in the house; recommendation of a great cook. All guests felt very comfortable in the house. The condominium is close to Acquaventura, a water park at Carneiros Beach.

Easy to reach. Comfortable house, super close to the beach, all organized and clean. The integrated environment makes all the difference. Amei, Solange. I intend to return.

The stay was wonderful! The house is great, it supplied all our needs, the rooms are cozy, had everything that was informed, towels, bedding, cookware and barbecue. It has a great area for playing ball and the pool is also very good! We had wonderful days there The owner Ana was always very helpful and attentive, in addition to having indicated the cook Isabela who served us wonderfully well. Too much Indico the accommodation!

The house is a spectacle, extremely comfortable and perfect for leisure/rest. In the photos the house is sensational but in person, the house is really fantastic, complete with all kitchen, bed, table and bath items, comfortable beds, extremely quiet (which helps a lot are the doors/windows being sealed against noise which improves the acoustics of the rooms). Manoel, who welcomed us, is an extremely helpful, proactive person and makes everything happen to meet everyone's needs. We had problems with the internet, air and hydraulics, and they were quickly resolved in a matter of hours. We will definitely be back to enjoy this magnificent house, I highly recommend it to everyone and there will be no regrets.

Very organized condominium. Cozy, organized, practical… utensils and appliances. Our stay was perfect. Viviane is kindness in person, always attentive and super proactive. I recommend to everyone… children, elderly, family, youth group. We love the house.

The women in my group missed having at least one full-length mirror. Other than that, everyone loved Alexandre's place. The flat is very comfortable, with spacious rooms, especially the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable and there were towels left over. Showers are strong. There is a barbecue on the balcony and a large beer maker in the living room. The kitchen is equipped. The condominium in which the property is located has everything you need, from a convenience store to a restaurant, which together have everything you need to stay in the complex, unless you want to. There is a concierge that leads directly to the beach, where, in the morning, the condominium staff sets up many umbrellas, each with a few chairs and a small table. As if that were not enough, this entrance is about 75 meters from the famous Igrejinha de Carneiros. Finally, the sea in front varies between green and transparent, being ideal for children, given the absence of waves. That's it. Alexandre's place is guaranteed satisfaction!

The House/Bungalow is wonderful, well located, with new furniture. Manicured gardens and clean swimming pool. It's been a wonderful time.
