The house is very well located and has an excellent structure. It really looks like the description and the pictures. I recommend it.

I loved the stay, I was impressed with the host's care, because the house is extremely equipped with anything you might need so you don't have to worry about during your stay.

The house is very good, even better than the listing. We were greeted with kindness and warmth. The sea bath just a few meters away is very nice, but we opted for a walk and find paradisiacal places for delicious dives. The housekeeper, Mr. Marcos was always available and very requested. Surely Guilherme's space will go into my family's favorites.

Our stay was quite quiet and met our need. The house has a cozy atmosphere, with nature helping to maintain the relaxation we needed. Kitchen equipped with everything we need and the sleeping facilities with the air conditioning and light at the point of our expectations. Were wonderful days we spent there and I strongly recommend it to friends, with families in search of tranquility and warmth.

Simply the best airbnb I've ever stayed in. For Christmas and new year as a family, the home served wonderfully well: spacious, comfortable, clean and everything worked beautifully. Outside the location that is EXTREMELY safe and perfect for relaxing and super close to downtown by car. We were simply very welcomed and guided all the time. We had flexible and negotiated check in and check out. We would come back again and again. Thank you on behalf of all for the wonderful hosting. Everything was perfect!

The location is excellent, in a very quiet neighborhood and we easily moved to the center or other beaches. The house is also impeccable! But what stood out the most was the advice provided by Coty throughout the stay (including before and after). It is essential to have good data and information so that the trip can be even more useful and without a doubt they were in every detail. I will definitely go back!

The house is a little piece of paradise, Nena and Bruno were super attentive and always made all the information very clear. The fully organized, comfortable and equipped house with an amazing view and a super calm beach. My grandparents were super happy to be able to go to this wonderful place, we were even sad to have to leave. I hope I can come back anytime!

We stayed at the carnival, two families with two children, each. The house of Claudia was exactly as in the pictures, it was very clean and very tasteful! The house is in a condominium with easy access to the beach! We like it very much and will come back for sure!

Very spacious and very comfortable house. The service of the owner and the housekeeper was excellent. Great location close to the beach. Our family was very well hosted and for sure when we return to Serrambi we will return to staying in this house!Super nice and bright pool to use at night as well.

André was very attentive, whenever we needed him he was available, the house is very nice, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The only observation that is not positive was the water, which is dark, but I was informed in Serrambi that this is how it is.

We all love our Estadia Accommodated my family well. We arrived it was all in order and everything clean. A wonderful view of the living rooms Just a note I'd like to leave. It exceeded expectations!! The house is large, with well distributed spaces and a great location, in front of the sea, in an area of natural pools with excellent bathing. Leisure has a swimming pool, sun loungers and barbecue, in a wooded area overlooking the sea. The property is very well equipped and we don't miss anything! We found everything very clean and organized. We were received by Aparecida, who is a 10 person and remained with us throughout the stay, making our experience even better.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, Anna and Gabriel very helpful and cordial. The house is close to the beach and close to a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants (we went by car, but I believe you can walk). The beach in front of the property is more agitated, but the house is close to the area of the high wall natural pools, although the displacement has to be by car. The house comforted 04 couples very well and we spent a lot of time enjoying the house because of the comfort and the space. Anna gave me the contact of a diarist who was great and helped us a lot. Anyway, we love the stay

The location was terrific. It was away from the main tourist area, so there was not a lot of foot traffic in front of the property. However, it was still very convenient to everything. The pool was nice and the beach immediately in front of the property was amazing. We used the kitchen for most meals and had everything we needed. There was even a vendor that sold R$10 caipirinhas on the beach, maybe 200 meters to the south. A very relaxing family vacation.
