Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ipioca Beach

Excellent host. Her attention was always impeccable, always available to provide help. The accommodation is super spacious, clean and with many amenities for all ages. We spent some very enjoyable days with the family as the accommodation had everything. Totally recommended

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks and loved staying there, super quiet and very cozy place. The house has everything you need from bath towels to all kitchen utensils… a wonderful pool that my son woke up at 6 to get into the pool… Kaka the guy who takes care of the house is extremely attentive and dedicated to this house as if it were his! every time we needed help he always responded and was at the house in less than 1 hour! We love being in this house and we will certainly visit more often! Thank you Dona Cristina and Kaká, very dear and humble people.

House is exactly the same as in the pictures, or even better. We felt at home. The house served us super well, all well equipped, everything very clean and fragrant. It is well located, very close to the sea, and we have some services very close by, such as a convenience, pharmacy and grocery store. Jorge was our homeowner and served us super well, very helpful and helpful. A tip I give is to hire the part of the services of Dona Lourdes, who was responsible for the organization of the house and the kitchen, a super friendly lady and a lot of good people, we love.. except that the foods she prepared for us were delicious, we recommend too much. All wonderful, we'll be back soon!

wonderful environment, close to commerce and an artisanal nocturnal fair. The house is perfect, rustic and functional architecture... we feel at home . The host was careful to leave, in a fridge, market contacts and pharmacy, for emergency. Not to mention the beauty of the beach... our... responsible and polite host, everything you need for aki... I recommend and I will return as soon as possible.

It was a spectacular stay. The house simply matches the listing, has all the utensils you need, and it was super smelling with pampering at the checkin. Monica is wonderful, a great host, always answered me very quickly, gave hints of places, and lives next to the house which helps a lot. The beaches in the area are beautiful!

Great apartment, good location. The apartment is very comfortable, very well equipped with everything we need, very clean and organized as well as very cozy and well decorated. I felt at home. Everyone was very kind, from the hostess who was wonderful to the doormen who are very helpful. I loved it, I recommend it a thousand times and I would like to come back again.

The place is great for a couple. There is no much room for another adult or child in the apartment. Location is great, Iran is a great host. There are two points to consider that it is not on the specs for the place: a) the apartment is facing south which makes it very hot most of the day and there is only one air conditioner in the bedroom (window type); b) only after the contact with the host for the arrival we were informed that there would be an extra cost for the electrical bill, to be determined at the check out. It is not a big deal but I believe it should be on the specs for the rental.

You can go without fear, owner of the wonderful home helpful house. We'll be back at the next time.

Great apartment ( wide and airy and everything we need) to stay a few days. Well centralized, close to everything ( markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, bakery, etc.) and the waterfront with its sounds and sights. The staff of the building are friendly and helpful. E Mrs. Cristina and her family, complete the delightful reception. Loved it.

Stayed for nearly a month—great location, just a short walk from the waterfront, perfect for cycling or walking. Overall, had a really pleasant stay.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

The accommodations are fantastic, but São Miguel dos Milagres lacks better infrastructure, commerce and needs to improve in gastronomy, the prices are exorbitant, prepare a kidney to leave in São Miguel.

We very much like to have guests staying at the Ap da Lívia. Everything was very clean and organized, close to supermarket,pharmacy and restaurants the location is great. The shower was leaked and Lívia promptly arranged the concert, her husband went to the Ap and agreed. Many thanks Livia for always being concerned about our well-being. We stayed with my family 5 days and everything was very good, Enio stayed attentive to our inquiries and was very kind, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable

Were very good days. The condominium is very good, super well located. Spacious, airy apartment with air-conditioning in all rooms. I'll be back for sure.
