Vacation rentals with a pool in Ipioca Beach

The house is beautiful, everything is very neat. João, son of Mr. Francisco, a homemaker, is very attentive and polite. Renata is a lovely person, always concerned to know if everything was going well with our stay. You really feel at home!

The house is wonderful, even more beautiful than in the photos. It is in a gated condominium, super quiet. It was an amazing stay for our family.

Simply wonderful! Carlos and Amanda were super receptive and attentive from the start, always responding very quickly and with kindness. The house is incredibly equipped, there was nothing missing during the stay. The house is even better than in the photos and the outside area is a show apart: super complete to barbecue, with a beautiful landscaping that makes the environment even more welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for rest, and with the nearby beach, as well as nearby markets that have made everyday life much easier. It was such a good experience that I didn't want to leave! I hope to return soon. I highly recommend!

Very good house and kind host, always available

Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

As much as it was only 1 night, it was worth it because the place is extremely cozy, it has everything! Voltaria for sure at a next opportunity

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

Excellent experience, the place is close to the most famous restaurants and also the most frequented beaches, for those who like movement is a good place to stay, with an uber arrives in 5 minutes in all these places and you can also walk. The rooms have excellent space and all the equipment was working perfectly.

It was incredible days, the professionalism and the promptness of the Tiago were perfect. The apart is according to the photos, simple, clean and cozy. The structure of the condominium as a whole, perfect, the night is beautiful the condominium. Near several good restaurants, sometimes even without the need to pick up the car. Counting the hours to go back.

We very much like to have guests staying at the Ap da Lívia. Everything was very clean and organized, close to supermarket,pharmacy and restaurants the location is great. The shower was leaked and Lívia promptly arranged the concert, her husband went to the Ap and agreed. Many thanks Livia for always being concerned about our well-being.
