Second time staying at Marta's apartment, which is a very considerate and always available host. The apartment is excellent in all aspects, especially for the location and internal organization. We will certainly return.

The truth is that Tati is an excellent host, she responded very quickly to concerns and was very kind. Even a bathroom pipe got clogged and he fixed it quickly. Tati is very helpful and the apartment has a nice location. Very happy with the stay there.

Very nice accommodation, super quiet neighborhood, safe and easy to access place. We loved it! Everything was impeccable and wonderful. I recommend it and will definitely be back. The host is a dear .

The place is great for a couple. There is no much room for another adult or child in the apartment. Location is great, Iran is a great host. There are two points to consider that it is not on the specs for the place: a) the apartment is facing south which makes it very hot most of the day and there is only one air conditioner in the bedroom (window type); b) only after the contact with the host for the arrival we were informed that there would be an extra cost for the electrical bill, to be determined at the check out. It is not a big deal but I believe it should be on the specs for the rental.

The apartment is extremely clean and organized. It has everything to make your stay peaceful and comfortable. I saw that you will put air conditioning in the room...it will be sensational! The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable...maybe leaving a single mattress available would be better. The region is excellent, very close to the best location on Ponta Verde beach. It was a wonderful experience! Congratulations Isadora, for the organization and commitment.

Great apartment ( wide and airy and everything we need) to stay a few days. Well centralized, close to everything ( markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, bakery, etc.) and the waterfront with its sounds and sights. The staff of the building are friendly and helpful. E Mrs. Cristina and her family, complete the delightful reception. Loved it.

We stayed approximately 20 days in the space and served us super well. Structure good, I had to work from home office a few days and I had no difficulties, wi fi great. We use the beach chairs, sun umbrellas and cooler (which are available in the apartment) for a few days, which generated some savings. Easy communication with Cleber and Elizabeth, always available. Well located, market and pharmacy nearby. We'll come back :)

The apartment was slime and organized, exactly the same as the ad. The gatekeepers are polite, and the cleaning staff spends every day picking up the garbage. Victor was very polite and quickly answered my doubts. The apartment is right at the end of the jatiuca, to reach the waterfront are about 100m. Me and my husband liked it, recommend it and would definitely be back again.

The apartment is great, it's just a little away from things, you have to go by car. For those who like the bustle and beach stalls indico ponta verde. The sea in front of the ap is very strong. But the view of the ap is beautiful.

I was delighted with Simone's apartment in Ponta Verde, Maceió! Extremely clean, cozy, practical and very beautiful. You can see how detailed and careful she is with each corner – this makes all the difference and is something very important to me. I felt super welcoming and comfortable. I loved the experience and would definitely go back there several times!

We love the stay. The place is very cozy and broader than it looks. All communication with the host was assertive and quick. There was beach baldinho for children and a cooler available, which allowed us to bring fresh fruit and cold drinks for some walks. I recommend it!

The room is perfect, exactly as described in the photos. Everything was organized and clean. The furniture and items of the room are of extreme quality, in addition to the space being complete. The building is in the heart of Ponta Verde, to do everything by foot. Beach, market, restaurants, drugstore, beauty salon etc, all close! The building is new, and the leisure area, swimming pool and gym are very good. Valu every penny, the host was very kind and responded quickly when requested. The only part that I think could be more obvious was that the jacuzzi and the sauna pays a separate amount to be used, but taking everything away flawless and Fernando left a treat for when we arrived

What a wonderful place!! About the condominium, without words… what AN AMAZING place! Super quiet township, of a splendid beauty, really a little piece of paradise. The apartment is much better than in the photos, extremely complete! Just EVERYTHING you imagine you might not have, there is! You just need to bring your personal items and you're done! Tetê is gentleness in person, great communication, very educated... only compliments! Without a doubt, we hope to return soon!!
