Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ipioca Beach

Casa Manai is very comfortable ,well decorated and fully equipped. We spent wonderful days always feeling the refreshing breeze that circulates throughout all environments.Deciding to the sea or enjoying the balance of the net in the garden or refreshing itself in the pool or in the jacuzzi…what was not lacking were pleasant things to enjoy the holidays in the best way. Matheus and his mother were extremely helpful. Finally, the house is not only walls and floor,it is port,it is dream ,it is a heart.

Solange is friendly and responds quickly to our questions. We were received by Genilson and Isabel, an incredible couple. Friendly, hospitable, always giving suggestions and making themselves available for whatever you need. I highly recommend it!!!

Wonderful stay, we felt at home so cozy it was. Not counting on the wonderful view, Fernando gave us a lot of support and it was pretty cool. I will definitely refer it to my friends and I intend to go back again, amazing experience! The flat has all the support we need, especially when we want to cook it has all the utensils, cutlery, cookware, stove, all very organized and clean.

The space offered far exceeded our expectations. To those who are interested, we travel with our two pets, one large(German Shepherd) and the other medium-sized(SRD). The atmosphere is wide and our puppies enjoyed a lot. We travel as a family and we are already planning to return to the house of Mrs. Edna and Mr. Walter. Speaking of the hosts, we would like to thank each for their availability and attention from the beginning.

Sandra’s place was exactly what we needed. We were excited to kick back and relax and this house was perfect for that. Spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms and we just felt right at home. There was easy access to the gorgeous Ipioca beach and to a beach club. The beach was clean, safe and not too busy. The Hibiscus Beach Club is amazing and the entrance being right there made all the difference.

Great apartment. It has everything you need! Very comfortable bed! Perfect location, everything within walking distance, beach, craft fair, raft pick-up point, pharmacy, market, countless restaurants! Safe entrance to the building, very helpful reception! Very attentive host, always responding quickly, was patient with me, I 😅 highly recommend 🌹

My stay in Pajuçara was simply wonderful! The host, Maria das Graças, was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful from the first contact until the time of checkout. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and tourist spots. I also highlight the small details that made all the difference: the organization of the space, the super comfortable bed, and even local tips that she shared with me, which greatly enriched my experience in the city. I definitely felt at home and wanted to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone who is coming to Maceió. Thank you for everything!

I really liked the accommodation, everything was clean and organized. The location of the apartment is great, close to a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery, and the waterfront is just across the street and choose which beach you want to go to. Thank you!!!

The place is very nice, quiet and the view from the balcony is naturally relaxing. The view from the pool is sensational. The space offers the necessary comfort with all the items super clean and well cared for. Marcus' service was always quick and kind. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay! TIME is an excellent building, with a swimming pool, fitness center, jacuzzi, wonderful location, close to the waterfront, several shops on the ground floor (laundry, bakery, barber shop, restaurant), pharmacies and supermarket nearby, extremely polite and helpful receptionists. Douglas' apartment is a gem, great for a couple, cozy, very well equipped, we missed two utensils, but with extreme promptness we were attended to by Douglas, who provided us with brand new utensils, always helpful, helped us when necessary, very polite and helpful. We felt super comfortable in the accommodation, we recommend it and we intend to return as soon as we can!

Great space, the building has a great leisure area but the landscape now has a contribution right in front of the view to the sea. As my focus was to go out and do many walks I loved and would super come back. The bed and the pillows are impeccable. Everything is very nice.

The apartment is very complete and comfortable, everything extremely clean and well maintained. Large and airborne space. The rooms are dark, which I particularly like a lot, good beds and pillows, large closets, clean and spacious bathrooms, full kitchen in utensils, good bed and bath linens. The location is very good, several options for bars and restaurants in the vicinity. It is a little further away from tourist attractions such as the fair, photo spots, busier kiosks and bathing area… but nothing that a walk and 5 to 10 min drive won't solve.

Organized Condominium, good leisure area, well-kept apartment, beautiful sea view from the balcony and wonderful beach. The price was high, but we must take into account that it was a period of carnival.

The apartment is perfect, well decorated, illuminated and well flavored. The TV is a show, as is the towels and linen. The kitchen is well equipped for small meals, the availability of the cooler is also a hand on the wheel. The penthouse is a spectacle apart, the sunset is amazing, the panoramic view of the elevator a show! I have no negative points, just details like the bed that could be bigger for the couple, and I think the extra mattress is not comfortable for a third guest. Ah, and the sea view of the apartment is only from the side on the balcony, which is still amazing. I would stay again and recommend it!

The apartment is impeccable, it had everything we needed. Quiet, no noise. Very good location. Foot in the sand. Calm sea. Private beach. Very good pool. Mr. Lafayete was very helpful. It met a demand that arose during the hosting in the greatest tranquility. We'll be back for sure! I highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay, the place has everything I wanted, beach access and direct contact with nature. The bungalow is beautiful, it was organized and clean, we felt at home. The infinity pool is a spectacle apart, the condominium itself offers a lot of leisure, it is close to several beaches and I recommend going to the Santoregano pizzeria, a wonderful place. Albano was helpful and kind from the beginning to the end of the stay, making communication easy and proactive. We love and are grateful for the moments lived there! May we return soon!

Adryelle was extremely friendly, helpful and polite! The apartment is of a sizeless amenity, has absolutely everything that is necessary for a short or long stay without missing any item/equipment from your home. The site is very good, close to everything, the beach in the background is excellent. I and my family will definitely be back and staying in the same place!
