In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Zwischen München und Salzburg, im Herzen des Chiemgaus, 15km vom Chiemsee entfernt liegt meine Ferienwohnung im Maisonette Stil. Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. Our apartment with a south-facing balcony is located close to the mountains and in winter close to the cross-country ski trail. The Lofer and Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte ski resorts are also only 20-30 minutes away by car. The center of Inzell is a 15-minute walk. There are restaurants, butchers, bakers and other shopping facilities (Penny and Edeka are a 12-15 minute walk away). We are happy to recommend a few cafes/restaurants in and around Inzell, if needed.
