It’s really beautiful stay and surroundings are really amazing. There are many hiking trails as well as the town itself is beautiful.

I do not even know where to start.Gratitude and excitement fill my heart.Felix is a perfect host, he made this rental with love and understanding of travelers needs.Actually, it is the best place I ever stayed during my travel.Everything done with great taste and thought about guests.Bed and living room couch are just so comfortable , you feel like sleeping on the cloud.Very clean and esthetically decorated, used best materials and furniture quality.I can keep going, but I want to say few words about Felix.He is very kind and friendly person with deep love and expansive knowledge about his magical cit.He took us for a tour of the city for more than 5 hours and it was phenomenal.We fall in love with Salzburg and definitely be back to stay in Felix’s glorious place.Thank you Felix from the bottom of my soul You are wonderful And we consider you a friend .

Very friendly hosts, great and very quiet location in nature. The apartment was clean and well equipped, but sometimes somewhat outdated (TV not smart, i.e. no Prime, etc.), the sofa should be replaced. If it doesn't bother you but still a clear recommendation and we would come back again. A few points are incorrect in the description (no oven available, no washing machine - we were still allowed to use the host's machine). In addition to the hospitality, the details, such as a small plate of homemade cookies, also fit to welcome you. For us, the wallbox was very convenient (fair billing at €0.55/kWh), so our electric car could always charge at night.

The stay with Thomas and Thomas was beyond amazing. They were both extremely welcoming and always responsive to any question we have. They truly make the place2be feel like home and we were happy to call it that for the past few days. The location is in a small quiet town with a great supermarket down the street. There are many lakes and hikes just a short distance from their home which made this stay even better. Thank you to the both of you for providing us a great home that we were able to relax and enjoy our time spent there. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and if you have any questions just reach out to either of them and they will provide you with all the help or questions you may have!

We stayed with Heidi a week ago and had a great stay. The apartment is quietly located, super and stylishly furnished, clean and has everything you need with children. The surroundings are fantastic. The children especially liked the in-house chickens and rabbits. :) Heidi is wonderful in communication and a great host. On the next way to Italy, we will be happy to stop at Heidi's again. Very nice accommodation. Good welcome. Upon our arrival Christa gave us a ticket to be able to go by bus to Salzburg and benefit from all public transportation for free. Very convenient because the bus stop is a 5-minute walk from her house and it takes 35 minutes to get to Salzburg. The Amalfi pizzeria on the main street, near the border, is recommended. On the other hand, I do not recommend having lunch at the VÖTTERL hotel on the same street. Thanks again to our host.

This Airbnb has earned its 5 stars. Everything was perfectly organized down to the smallest detail. I highly recommend it, even with a dog!

We spent New Year's Eve with our little daughter at Katja's and would do it again and again. The place was super clean, we had no concerns about letting our daughter crawl or play on the floor. And the view of the mountains was a dream. In front of the balcony was a road that was very little used, but when it was used, you absolutely heard nothing. We will be happy to come back!

A wonderful stay! The place was sparkling clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail – I immediately felt at home. Our hostess Maria was incredibly warm, attentive and helpful – you can immediately tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The view from the balcony was simply magical, even more breathtaking than in the photos. I am infinitely grateful for this wonderful time and would love to come back!

Very clean, very nice and comfortable. Had some issues climbing in and out of the bed since it was butted up against the wall. It was just another adventure for this elderly woman.

My son and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is clean, very nicely appointed and in brand new condition. It's an easy walk from the train station and to the town center. We appreciated getting away from the hustle and bustle of Salzburg in the evening to this special place. I wish we could have spent more time exploring this quaint town! The host was very easy to communicate with, prompt, and provided great local suggestions. The backyard is a great place to relax too! Highly recommend Premium Apartments. We felt very comfortable. The place was super clean and everything we needed was there. The surroundings were great and very close to nature. Anytime again.

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We spent the weekend there with 3 couples and 3 children. We enjoyed it wonderfully. Especially for the children, the spacious outdoor area with the rabbits and chickens was great. Absolutely quiet and relaxing location. Communication with the host was absolutely great! On the first evening at 10 pm, we noticed that we needed an additional duvet, which was brought to us within 10 minutes. And later check-out was also possible without any problems, so we had a totally relaxed departure day. We highly recommend it.

This apartment was absolutely fantastic! Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and packed with thoughtful amenities — including a hot tub our kids absolutely loved. The location was perfect for exploring Salzburg, but what truly made the stay special was the host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even surprising us with a lovely breakfast and treats for the whole family. Her kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one truly stands out- Highly, highly recommend!
