Monthly Rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

My stay this winter at the Cottages at Pearl Beach was fantastic. Tina and Jason were very friendly, responsive, and proactive. The location is awesome, you can see the ocean from the end of the driveway and can walk to the beach in about 4 minutes. Unexpected bonus, the stars at night are amazing from the parking lot

Beautiful property, just what we expected, perfect location, Jane had everything you would need, it was very clean and everything you need for a simple stay for two people. This was a great vacation and we’re glad we went with Janes property. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to go to Ocean Ile, Sunset Beach we had dinner at Ocean Isle fishing Company, a little less than 10 minutes from Jane’s property and definitely worth it

This was an awesome place to stay. Super thoughtful touches throughout the place & had pretty much anything you could possibly need. Not far from things to do / places to eat. The hosts were great and super flexible and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times and have always had a great experience! Anne is very responsive and always friendly. The place is well equipped and comfortably accommodates our family of five. Definitely recommend!
