Loft vacation rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

I enjoyed my stay, the place was clean, in a great location, and the neighborhood looks safe. Had some difficulties locating the room at first but that might be a one -time thing since Jean had understandable reasons to be less responsive those particular few days. Another thing that slightly bothered me was proximity of sprinklers to the driveway -- if you are not aware of sprinklers location you might end up having water spots on the car/or even parking the car right above the sprinkler since the description of the place says its okay to park on the grass. I guess that's not a huge deal if you have a rental, but I drove my own car so that bothered me a little bit. Other than that, I liked everything and would def stay again when I am in town.

Christina was an excellent host! The studio is perfect for a weekend trip to Charleston. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood away from the city. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Charleston and wanting a quiet refuge at the end of the day.

Loved the location. Lots to do and the workers at the brewery down stairs are super friendly. Kyle is a great host and communicated well. Dedicated workspace was great but not ideal for sitting long hours (7-8 hour work days)

We came across Stacy’s place for an early mother-daughter trip for my birthday. Her loft was perfect for the two nights we stayed, everything was accessible close by and not too far from the Downtown Historic Charleston area. The neighborhood had friendly neighbors and was beautiful to walk in the evenings. Perfect, cozy spot for the short time we were there and we would definitely recommend to anyone!

Carolyn’s place was just what we needed for our 4 day stay in Charleston. Her place was clean, had parking, felt safe, and always nice to have a washer/dryer. As this was our first visit to the area we did much sightseeing. The location proved as an affordable location for our adventures which included a walking tour of the city, walking across the Ravenel Bridge, Middleton Plantation, Sullivans Beach, Shem Creek, Kiawah Beach, Fort Sumter, City Market, and a Ghost tour of the USS Yorktown.

We had a great stay at the Hive! Being pet friendly and on the bottom floor made it super convenient for us, also there were so many walkable paths & pet friendly restaurants nearby! We came for work but definitely enjoyed our stay and having a fully equipped kitchen was another added bonus! We would definitely stay here again :)

What a great place to stay. The hosts were amazing and provided places to go to eat which I was able to try a lot of them and they were good. Place was peaceful and very clean. I recommend staying anytime you can!!

The loft was beautifully designed and very clean! Check in was easy. The owner was communicative as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Paula’s place! It was absolutely beautiful, stylishly decorated, and very clean. We loved listening to records in the evenings after exploring the town. The location is perfect, right downtown close to the Riverwalk, and in walkable distance to many restaurants and stores. Paula was very communicative, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time at her beautiful place. We hope to be back to visit soon!
