The Cottage

Historic, peaceful, and close to the beach. Live oak trees and Spanish moss blanket the property. Stroll to the intracoastal waterway and stop by the George Washington tree on your way. The Cottage has two entrances. The main entrance opens into the kitchen. The beach entrance opens into the bathroom to wash off your sandy toes. Sunbath in the fully fenced in courtyard with two outdoor soaking tubs and shower. Enjoy your evenings on the screened in porch. Located one mile from the beach!

Pet friendly! Private 500 sq ft studio apartment above free standing garage. Full size kitchen if you want to stay in. Queen bed and couch with pull out bed. Private bath with shower, cable TV, wifi, Apple TV. In ground pool, in backyard with outdoor shower for you and your dogs. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood, located 1-2 miles from beautiful beaches and golf courses. Just 10 minutes away from Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. Just 25-35 minutes from Myrtle Beach attractions!

Lake House - Recently Remodeled, Centrally Located

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Little Salt Guest House: steps from the water

Recently renovated guest house on a quiet, coastal street. Enjoy a relaxing five minute walk to the intracoastal waterway at the end of the street or take a quick drive to Trails End Park. A convenient and tranquil location about 15-20 minutes to Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach. The neighborhood has a private water access that is perfect for launching kayaks or SUPs . The house comes with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. We are dog friendly but require a $70 pet fee per pet.
