Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

You can sleep in a big bed 2x2m,can have breakfast at your nice Terrasse with Lake-view and observe or hear the geese. Enjoy your holiday at this nice place in nature. You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Those who need nature and tranquility, love this place. The apartment is located in the Five Lakes country in a small Upper Bavarian idyllic village. The accommodation is cozy, quiet and surrounded by nature. It is a ground floor apartment. The small terrace at the entrance is surrounded by the garden. 5 - 10 min. you need by car to the lakes. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers adventurers, business travelers and families (with children). Please arrive by car.

Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Bei Sonne in die Natur, bei Regen nach München

Unsere moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung bietet eine kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und zwei sonnige Terrassen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

Quiet apartment in Andechs (s'Wuidgehege)

The apartment is regularly renovated. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for a good conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and can have breakfast or barbecue on your own terrace if the weather permits. Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. TV is obligatory and for the analog ones of you, a library is at your disposal.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Waldhütte - Tiny House

Our “Waldhütte” in the Five Lakes Region/Pfaffenwinkel is perfect for peace and nature – with great access to castles, lakes, mountains, and Munich. Secluded, 200 m from the main house, it offers pure retreat: panoramic views of meadow and forest, a terrace for dining, yoga, or knitting, stargazing from the loft. Inside, a wood stove and infrared heating keep things cozy while foxes and deer pass by outside.
