One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

New climate class A apartment. South-facing terrace with panoramic view of the Dolomites. Located in the center of Dobbiaco in Val Pusteria, it is only 200 meters from the main square of the town but on a quiet street. Close to cross-country skiing trails, skiing, and sports area. Modern furnishings with quality materials and real wood parquet with underfloor heating. Two bedrooms with double beds, sofa bed, full kitchen, two bathrooms with large walk-in showers and two parking spaces.

Apartment IV on the second floor of Villa Christina.

The apartment includes a room with three beds and a large balcony, a bathroom with shower and toilet (without bidet), a living room with sofa, TV, and a well-stocked kitchenette. We also offer bed, bathroom and kitchen linens. For the car there is a (free) parking space in front of the house. Villa Christina is 200 meters from the center and the ski bus stop, 400 meters from the Haunold chairlift and 100 meters from the cross-country ski trail and the woods.

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!
