We felt very comfortable in Franz's place. Franz is very helpful and communication was always quite quick and easy. The apartment is a bit spartan in terms of kitchen utensils, but everything is very clean and everything important is available. The house is beautifully located in the village surrounded by a nice mountain panorama, close to a mountain stream. The garden can also be used and is beautifully maintained. Please note that in the apartment the bedroom on the second floor can be reached via an open spiral staircase. This means that there is no door between the kitchen and the bedroom - which was not a problem for us. We would definitely recommend this place!

There were eight of us in the accommodation and we were completely satisfied. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and in the evening you can sit together comfortably in the living room. On the spacious balcony you can enjoy the view of the mountains and from the property you can go hiking directly. Absolutely recommended! Penny and Sebastian were also very friendly and accommodating hosts.

Amazing spot in the mountains! In case of snow or rain you cannot reach the house by car (good to know).

A beautiful apartment in the middle of the Austrian mountains. Beautiful hiking trails and ski slopes in the wider area. A cot was shown for us on request. The photos are a little older, the decor has changed a bit and the kitchen has been renovated.
