The apartment offered by Jan is bright, spacious and very conveniently located in the historic area. It is very quiet, overlooking a tree-lined inner courtyard. Its location allowed us to enjoy the restaurant district near the castle. It was a good stay. Jan, the owner contacted us before our stay and during our stay to see if everything was going well. An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

Beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms ideally located on the island of Nantes. Completely in line with the photos, we had a nice stay there! We would be happy to come back if we are in Nantes again.

A beautiful apartment. Could not ask for a better location, as others have said it can be loud but we only had that one night when there was a show on. Personally, as it was a holiday with children who were very tired after all the days adventures , having the balcony doors open and listening to the bustle over a glass of wine of an evening was perfect.

Impeccable, clean and very cozy accommodation. Audrey welcomed us with great kindness and attention — from the delicious breakfast to the bottle of rosé, everything was perfect. The jacuzzi is absolutely amazing! Too bad the weather wasn't good, but we still enjoyed it.
