Thank You! Your villa is great/everything was excellent! 1. Location. The villa is a part of a closed resort (outside people can get to the beach buying separate tickets). There are not a lot of authentic restaurants in walking distance (there are 2 places, but You will probably want something outside), there are taxis ready. There are some shops and fruit markets in walking distance on the main street next to the complex. The villa is right next to the beach 1min. (beach is clean and well taken care of). We were super happy with it because the beach was excellent and territory was secure and well maintained. 2. The villa. Excellent villa - everything modern and new. (We did not know that cleaning each 2nd day is included in the price and were positively surprised. You have Your private pool + there is large complex pool and free gym 3. Host. Easy to communicate and all was smooth If I ever return, I will try to get the same villa. Thank You host!

The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

We absolutely adored our stay here. The location is so lovely, along the river, very walkable with friendly locals. Great little shop for basics just up the laneway, and Breeze for dinner was a lovely experience. The breakfasts at the villa are so delicious, and everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. The villa itself is beautiful, very comfortable, and so relaxing. Mark was a wonderfully accommodating host, helping us with transfers, massages, laundry and perfect recommendations. Exceeded our expectations, wouldn’t not hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful home, in a quiet and peaceful area. The host was responsive and always friendly. Whilst the location is further from all the activities, the home is absolutely accomodating, beds are very comfortable, it’s very clean and low maintenance and gives lots of privacy for groups of people. I would absolutely book and stay here again.

Staying at Romain’s really felt like home away from home. A bit outskirt of the central, but since everything is reachable by tuk-tuks, this wasn’t a concern for us. The villa is really peaceful and feels safe. Beds were comfy and the plunge pool was our hang out place every afternoon :) Staffs are very kind, helpful and extremely responsive. Thank you Romain!

We had a wonderful two week stay here. Laurence is a fantastic host, very proactive and responsive. Loved the open feel and style of her bungalow, and the floor to ceiling windows. Great outside seating area, and lovely pool. Everything you would ever need for cooking, it’s a very well thought out kitchen! The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. The only negative is the fact that these villas are jam packed into a very small development. You will hear her neighbors and apparently, they will hear you. So just be aware, and be respectful. It’s the closest knit housing development we’ve ever stayed in. It’s immaculate and very well kept. You’ll see the kind gardeners and crew that works at the villas, they’re all very hard working. We loved them! Enjoy, it’s out of town, but it’s close to the smaller beach and the Anchor bar. Highly recommend!

This place is something everyone has to try. Mimi and Jojo are very very helpful and made our stay and trips to places easy. breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed staying at this place and love to visit this place if ever made a trip to Phuket in future. Thank you for everything!!!!!

Bob and his team were so helpful and were there to help when needed. 1000% worth it for the price and location was spot on I would definitely recommend bobs villa to stay in it was out of this world with amazing views!! We will definitely be back

Before our stay, Fred and Aom were extremely helpful during the days leading up to our stay. On arrival, the staff were ready and proactive to respond to our every request in a timely manner. Not only is the villa everything that we hoped for, but even more than we expected. We appreciate Ja and the rest of the staff that helped us during our days there. Absolutely will be staying with them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect Villa, we were supposed to stay 5 nights, we finally decided to stay 5 days more. The location is perfect: near lamai (3min in scooter) and near the main road that crosses the island from east to west. The neighbourhood is really quiet and the villa absolutely amazing. The people managing the house are very nice and very reactive. A great great moment there !

The house is amazing, just like the owners are. We had a very good communication with Pam before, during and after our stay. The house is spacious and lush and it‘s tastefully decorated. The house is secluded in a private estate but still near to beaches and the nearby town. Perfect for family’s or groups up to six friends.

Miejsce wybraliśmy na końcowy kilkudniowy odpoczynek w trakcie naszego dwutygodniowego wyjazdu do Tajlandii, gdzie byliśmy świetnie zaopiekowani przez gospodarza, wszystkie nasze życzenia spełniano w ekspresowym tempie. Bardzo doceniamy możliwość prania i prasowania, serwowanej pysznej kolacji i śniadań, oraz możliwość skorzystania z masaży na miejscu. Bardzo dziękujemy, szkoda że nasz pobyt był tak krótki.

We loved our stay! We had a large group of 10 staying and the place was more than spacious enough. Big bedrooms, all having their own ensuites was great! Open plan living with a large balcony and pool that had a great view. We loved the location as it was very quiet. Would recommend hiring scooter or vehicle to get around as not within close walking distance to beach/shops/restaurants. Overall great stay and highly recommend.

Lovely stay for our families here. House is huge and all the bedroom lovely. We each had one bedroom each, with everyone having their own bathrooms but two rooms needed to share one. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed and able to cook some simple things, although the highlight was the chef service which is definitely worth the money! Check in was great, communicating with the staff who run the houses. They were very helpful and responsive. And the airport pick up was a great bonus and very handy. The swimming pool is great, but very deep! Deep enough for scuba diving! The rooms were all clean before and during our stay by the amazing staff. Just watch out for bugs, we had a few spiders creep in during the evenings! Just know, the hill it is on is not walkable really, so we had to get taxis just to go up and down into the town as it was too steep.

I spend 10 days with two friends in the villa. We had a great time and the place is very clean and private. Beautiful garden, nice pool and a terrace you can relax on. Olivier was a very polite and friendly host. Everything was perfect!

This is a beautiful and spacious villa and looks exactly as pictured. The pool gets sun in the morning and shade in the hot afternoon, which is perfect. I woke up early and was lucky enough to see monkeys playing over the nearby rooftops. The hotel nearby is accessible and nice but we actually enjoyed the villa more and there are decent restaurants just outside the complex. The Patio does delicious breakfast and coffee, the kids loved their croffles with banana. There are both Malaysian and western eats nearby. There's a few drinks in the fridge on arrival and a convenience store a 2 minute walk away, and a bigger one about 10 minutes walk away. Merissa is an excellent host. We had a small issue with internet connection at one point and she did everything necessary to get us back online. Beds are very comfortable with clean white linen, towels and separate pool towels. Bathroom amenities provided.

Il mio soggiorno è stato molto positivo. Il complesso è fantastico, ottimo per rilassarsi e godersi una splendida villa con piscina privata immersi nel silenzio e relax. Ringrazio Tramy per essere sempre stata molto disponibile, a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della settimana. Mi porterò nel cuore un bellissimo ricordo di questo posto fantastico.

Thank you to Rekha for a wonderful stay. The villa has everything you needed and is in close proximity to beautiful salad beach. The villas are well looked after and set amongst a lovely garden area. Private pool was a plus and a great way to cool down. We stayed with our 4 month old, the villa is perfect for families.

My family and I, including our dog, really enjoyed staying at Shina and Christina's villa. They were so friendly, responsive to queries or issues, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and people to contact for different items such as motorbikes. We rented motorbikes which was perfect as the beach and the town area was about 5 minutes away by motorbike. The villa is private and the perfect size. Our check in and check out process went smoothly and the service was great! We loved it so much we stayed an extra day!
