Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Indochina

We loved the place. Although it was not really easy to find, the place makes up for it. You live in a hughe house with an open feeling towards nature and private spaces inside. Everything is well built and very unique. The design is great. Uyen took care of us perfectly. She gave us tips where to go and organized everything for us. We are very thankful for the great help. Internet works very well. With the motorbike the beach is nit far. To most things you need a driver or a motorbike which you can rent at the apartment. In walking distance to the left on the mainstreet you find two nice cafes and to the right maybe the best burger on the island at "happy bites". Definitely worth to go there one night. The owners are very nice and the burgers are great.

had a great time at the stay! place was huge and it could accommodate me and my friends for songkran :-) it is truly a nice place to live in and it has a 7-11 nearby! place isn’t the most convenient but the stay itself was worth it, very nicely decorated and hosts are friendly and helpful as well!! even offer a free transport from airport to stay :>

Highlight of our time in North Thailand! Our stay here in Pai was magical & Pimanchaya’s property was the highlight for us. We felt right at home in this beautiful place, our kids included. The gardens, outdoor bath & hot springs were much appreciated & the peace felt here is just what we needed after long term traveling. The inclusions for kids are amazing & there is always something for them to do/play with - they had the best time. We wanted to spend as much time enjoying the house as we did the area of Pai. We would recommend this property to all family & friends & and we will definitely be back again as a family who now have very fond memories of this place. Sad to say goodbye! Thanks for having us Pimanchaya.

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

A nice retreat place if you want to stay away from the city. Walkable place to convenient store 7E (it has almost everything from eggs,bread, frozen halal sausages & etc). The rooms are all spacious, clean and spotless. Swimming pool are also big but need to bring floats if you have toddlers because it is deep. Sebastien provided enough cleaning essentials too during our stay & there are no mosquitoes around the house. We will definitely recommend to big families to come over.

Amazing place in the best location. So convenient with plenty of great places nearby along the beach. The service from the attached restaurant next door was so useful (there is even a service bell to ring and the staff are with you in seconds!). We used it a lot :) I was a little nervous about the noise from the restaurant as we had our 4 year old with us but it wasn’t an issue at all. Highly recommend

Our stay was amazing! The place was a peaceful and quiet getaway from the hustle, yet still very easy and quick to reach the city center. Having a 7-11 just around the corner was super convenient. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and given a thorough introduction to everything. The host was always quick to respond, making communication seamless. We also really appreciated the flexibility of being able to check out later than 11 AM. Plus, the scooter rental available made getting around even easier. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended! ☺️

Before our stay, Fred and Aom were extremely helpful during the days leading up to our stay. On arrival, the staff were ready and proactive to respond to our every request in a timely manner. Not only is the villa everything that we hoped for, but even more than we expected. We appreciate Ja and the rest of the staff that helped us during our days there. The actual check in felt so much more beautiful than the photos! The pool is very clean and spacious and has a massage feature❤️ The living room, kitchen are very clean and bright, well lighted, fully equipped, and the high design makes it very comfortable. Every room is thoughtfully designed and equipped with a bathroom, and the hot water is stable and there is a lot of water! Will definitely stay again if I come back to Chiang Mai🥹🥹🥹 Awesome stay!

The villa was super spacious. In such a nice area of Pattaya and the staff were really friendly and super accomodating! Thankyou, Art and the team! We may even stay again next year!

Very nice house, and the housekeeper was so kind to help us and made the breakfast was also very delicious. Unique highlights: great location, well-designed house, lots of activity, with billiards, open-air pool, and cinema.It was a great stay and we will be back again.

Real amazing host. Kevin took time to introduce every details of the house and its surrounding. The sun orientation etc.. Traditional house decorated with taste : traditional furniture with full modern functional amenties electrical kitchen, dishwasher etc... 20 meters from the private beach..very peaceful.. little private paradise!

We had a lovely stay in Justin’s villa. Great size villa and lovely location. Justin was very helpful when we lost something and helped to return it to us too.

Beautiful location, high quality rooms and idyllic climate high up in the hills. Only issue is getting transport to other places because of how remote it is.

Lavita Home was the perfect escape — super clean with a stunning view that instantly puts you at ease. My was such a helpful and thoughtful host, making sure we had everything we needed to just relax and chill out. Would definitely come back!

Great place, really love it. Host also very helpful and responsive. During our stay, one of the day unfortunately electricity was out due to heavy rain and strong wind broke trees and hit electric pole, host instruct care taker to run the generator, though actually even without electric, this place is just so enjoyable, you don't need electric at all, such good place to enjoy and relax. Looking forward to come back some day.

Perfect service, we were able to enjoy a barbecue at night. Perfect if you want to clear your mind and relax in the house.

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again!
