Well maintained functional villa, with beautiful pool and outdoor dining and relaxing spaces. Air Cons fully functional in all rooms and the family enjoyed all having their own space. Everything was simple and easy to use, hire car helps to explore the local area.

Our stay in Tri’s place was truly amazing. Tri kindly organised airport pickup for us and made sure we had a smooth check in. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with Tri’s team who were extremely welcoming and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed for our stay in Hoi An. From recommending local restaurants and arranging activities, everything was taken care of for our trip. Tri and his team went above and beyond for us during our stay, which we really appreciated. I couldn’t recommend this villa enough!

We have recently hd the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Hua Hin. The location is perfect and walkable to some great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. For this more adventurous you can walk all the way to the centre of the city or the edge of soi 94 for a great food experience at Baan Kuhn Por. Tippawan was a responsive host and we had no issues whilst at the house which was perfect for what we needed for our 11 night break. The arranging of a scooter for our arrival was also great and we would highly recommend. We will certainly come back as the location suited us. Thank you. 🙏

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

I came with a few friends to Natthamon’s property and had an amazing time. Both hosts were very helpful and responsive with offering immediate support when needed. Their property is beautiful and we all felt very much at home. Only one thing is that the property is located 30 mins drive from Chiang Mai centre, meaning that it was a little bit long getting in to and from town every day. So if you are looking for a peaceful escape then this is definitely the property for you 😁😁

We had the most amazing stay at Sirin’s place! From the moment we arrived, Sirin was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel special. Sirin's local recommendations were spot-on and helped us experience the area in the best way possible. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Amazing house with a jungle feelings, the house itself is high quality, we really loved the kitchen and the pool area

We really enjoyed our time in this villa as a family of 5 including 3 kids (13,10,4). The pool is the absolute highlight, especially for the kids. The villa is huge, and very well equipped. The contact throughout was spectacular, the team are super responsive. I worried about the noise coming from the other villas but it was silent, everyone was very respectful throughout the area and mostly families who spend the daytime out of the villas. A few things to be aware of but nothing that would stop me giving 5 stars: We had a car and we're pleased we did! Even just the walk to the main road is 3-5 minutes. Then, a dangerous walk along a busy road to Fishermans for 20 minutes. If you don't hire a car, use taxis! The beds in this place are the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced (like sleeping on concrete). I would book this place again.

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. Marisoul and Lucas are truly excellent hosts! Our stay was absolutely perfect everything was well taken care of, and they made us feel very welcome. The location is in a quiet area, just far enough from the main street to enjoy peace while still being conveniently close. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we will probably come back!

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

Charming, quiet place surrounded by nature — perfect if you’re looking to relax away from the crowds. The bungalows are simple but clean and comfortable, with a lovely garden atmosphere. The location is just a short scooter ride from local spots. Great stay, especially if you enjoy calm and peaceful vibes.

This villa is a paradise! Very spacious, well equipped. The pool is big and clean. Palms look very exotic. We totally recommend it.

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

If you're planning a trip to Phuket, you HAVE to stay here! The location is unbeatable: close enough to the beach for easy access but tucked away from the crowds and noise. The peaceful surroundings, with greenery all around, made the stay so relaxing and comfortable. My family and I had an amazing three days here — spending our days exploring and playing at the beach, then coming back to a quiet, cozy place to unwind. A special shoutout to the host, who patiently guided me even though I arrived late and made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay!

The restaurant was another highlight, serving a variety of delicious dishes and an excellent selection of drinks. Every meal felt like a treat.
