This is without a doubt THE BEST place I have ever stayed at in HCMC. We stayed for over three weeks and I was even a bit sad to leave. It’s clean, calm, matches the description, private and the hosts are super friendly and respectful. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Saigon and this one is available - book it before it’s gone. Amazing value for the price!

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at Victor's apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. Victor is a fantastic host: very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. 100% recommend!

Great location in the middle of the action. The unit was very clean and quite inside with good water pressure. The host allowed me to checkout later than the usual time because of my late flight. Highly Recommend!

We spent 2 weeks at Sarah’s apartment. She is super nice, professional and responsible . Her apartment is so clean , quiet, peaceful that makes you feel comfortable and safe. It takes you just around 15 minutes to get there from the airport. Highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a good place for the business or personal trip . I recently moved into this newly built apartment, and I couldn’t be happier! Everything is brand new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The finishes are sleek, the appliances are high-end, and the layout makes great use of the space. You can tell quality was a priority in the construction. First time in Danang and very satisfied with the stay! Yen was very helpful and helped us get a driver from the airport to the place and to surrounding areas such as bana hills and Hoi An! Place was also clean and there was cleaning service during one of the days (we stayed 4 nights) Location was walkable distance to My Khe Beach. Would recommend to stay here!

Super appartement dans Thao Dien pas loin de l’axe principal. L’appartement est énorme et bien agencé, dans une résidence calme. Très bon rapport qualité prix et le staff ainsi que la gérante sont aux petits soins! Accès à une piscine et salle de sport + sauna intégré dedans! Je recommande largement 🤗

Great stay. The pictures are a bit older than the current state of the apartment; however, it was clean and equipped with the essentials :) Location is a bit outside the city so if you like the calm it is a good place.

An absolute gem of a place right in the heart of the city. Clean, modern, slick design. I just want to say that you can really tell the difference when the owner actually cares about their property and people who live there, as opposed to so many others in Da Nang who are just trying to milk it to the last penny. Kevin is amazing - great host, great person. The apartment has everything you need, and even a washing machine and an iron with an ironing board. I really enjoyed my stay and lowkey wish I stayed there longer. Support Kevin and his family ❤️

Lovely flat in a nice suburb. Very close to main road but surprisingly very quiet. Had everything we needed and the host was very kind and quick to respond to any queries. 10-15min grab from district 1.

Wonderful, comfortable stay. This is my second time here in two years and both times were pleasant. Host is prompt and considerate; supermarket opposite to the premise is convenient; and only a short distance to many areas of interest in District 1. Highly recommend!

We’ve been to Saigon many times and was looking for a place a bit out of the touristy part of town. We found a wonderful spot at Bac’s place. It is in an older building but redone so tastefully!. We loved staying there! There is everything you would need for a relaxing stay. A big plus is the 2X weekly cleaning and laundry service and the big 5 gallon water bottle! The location is on a fairly busy alley that has coffee shops just across the street and a couple doors down. Many restaurants in the neighborhood and a small, well stocked grocery store about 1.5 blocks away. The WiFi was good, there was very good lighting, and the air con did not blast you while in bed! The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and a great shower. Shower gel and shampoo were supplied. We never cooked in the kitchen but they had supplies if you wanted to. We never saw a single bug in 3 weeks! Oh, the 6th floor terrace was so nice in the evenings with the breezes. We would love to stay again!

We had an amazing stay in this place. The apartment is cozy and nice, it is lovely to live here. Young Chan was very helpful and helped us to get a refund and have an early check-out because we found a place for permanent stay. I recommend everyone to stay here and have a nice time.
