Located one mile from the Des Moines Airport (stay and Park possible) next to a main street just three short miles to downtown. Multiple restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Near Des Moines Water Works Park and Grays Lake recreational area. Newly renovated top to bottom. Includes two spacious bedrooms on the main floor and two bedroom areas in the basement, and a full bathroom on each level.

This clean, comfortable, & uncluttered space is a home away from home! You will be surrounded by beautiful greenery, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. This 1910 PET FRIENDLY bungalow is full of charm and unique art. Just a couple of blocks to the town square for restaurants and shopping. In the summer you will enjoy the quaint front porch and backyard patio full of colorful flowers nice for outdoor dining. The fenced backyard is perfect for bringing your dog. Small dogs 25 pounds and under require a one time $50 pet fee and dogs larger than that are up for discussion. Close to Buxton Park for scenic walks.
