Monthly Rentals in Indian Rocks Beach

We enjoyed the condo very much. There were a few hiccups in the building itself: hot tub and pool were not heated for the first few days and the nearest elevator was broken our last two days. But the location was great. I loved being able to view the sunrise from the back, and the sunset from the front of our unit. The only problem we had was we could have used a small stepstool. The bed in the master was high, and we couldn't readh the kitchen shade to pull it down when we arrived (both of us only 5'2".) Jason was very receptive to any questions. I am happy to recommend this unit.

This was BY FAR the best condo I’ve stayed in when visiting IRB. The view is beautiful, the condo is wonderfully appointed and the beach is the best. We will definitely be back in 2025.

Great place to stay for an extended period. Brett kept in touch by checking in regularly. A storm was coming in right as I was leaving and Brett was quick to let me know the condo had availability if I needed to stay a bit longer to wait out the storm. Location is only a 5 minute drive to the beach but when at home it is quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful and I spent a lot of time just walking around the property. All in all a great value and great spot.

A cute little apartment. My wife was receiving treatments at Lifeworks Wellness Center in Clearwater for 3 months. This was our haven for 2 of those months. It was very quiet in spite of many neighbors, and they were all very friendly and helpful. Definitely a safe place. There's a nice park across the street to take an evening walk, and only a mile to the beach. Host is very responsive and generous.
