Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Incline Village

Thank you for such a great stay for a company offsite that we booked!

We had an amazing stay at Austin’s place. The chalet is ideally located with short drives to ski resorts and incline village, Tahoe city and other major activities. The house was super clean and very well equipped, and match the pictures. My teenage kids and ourselves loved it and we will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Austin’s house.

We stayed at Billy’s cabin very last minute after deciding to leave the Bay Area for a few days when every neighbor we have decided to start construction. We have two small kids and two dogs and we’re happy to find a home that was both dog friendly as well as clean and modern. They simply ask you keep animals off the furniture which as a human staying there, I can appreciate. The house flowed exceptionally well. We have a 1 and 3 year old and we were able to fit a travel crib in one room and the older in the other. I did notice they had pack and plays in a closet, they also had beach towels and a small collection of items you may have forgotten. The appliances in the kitchen were nicer than the ones in our home. The bathrooms were both spacious and beautiful. The addition of smart tv’s and an Alexa speaker were nice touches. For the dogs there was a small fenced area at the back of the house that was great for bathroom breaks. We would and have already recommended this cabin.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The convenience of the shuttle picking us up right out front was fantastic. Plus, the cleanliness of the place was impressive.

Our first time in Tahoe. We were worried this was a place more suited for winter skiers, but it was also a perfect summer retreat. Close to some great trails, including the incline flume trail, one of our favs. Also a quick drive to beaches and towns. The place was well equipped and super clean. Hosts were terrific, very responsive and even allowed a late checkout. We will be back!

This place is absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, and the space itself is both beautiful and cozy—a great choice for families or couples looking for a getaway. June was an exceptional host—responsive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. She met us at check-in, gave us a thorough tour of the property, and shared excellent recommendations for local restaurants, grocery stores, and nearby ski resorts. Despite our arrival being delayed due to traffic, June was understanding and flexible, which made the whole experience stress-free. I can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to staying here again soon!

Anastasia was a wonderful and responsive host. She was incredibly helpful and flexible, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her kindness and attentiveness really stood out. The place itself was charming and beautifully quiet — a perfect, peaceful retreat. Highly recommended!

A cozy and comfortable place for our family of 4. Very convenient location; close to Diamond Peak ski resort, restaurants, groceries, etc. Very clean and well-stocked. We highly recommend this home and would come back in the future.

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

Brandon's place was right off the main road, so great for walks with a view of the lake. Stairs to get, very roomy inside, very. We enjoyed our stay here, wish we had booked longer so we could enjoy the location more.

Marci’s place was great for our first time to North Lake Tahoe. It was just my husband and I plus our french bulldog. The home was roomy and great for my pup to access the yard easily. The jacuzzi was such a great way for me to unwind as I worked remotely most of the week. Kitchen and living space was great for our needs. The master bedroom was a good size but the bed is really high, very firm and really squeaky. I preferred the kids bed in the smaller room haha. The location is good but is on an inclined street. Not a bad walk to the local beach but you will have to cross the main street with fast traffic. I didn’t attempt to use the kayak cart as it would’ve been hard for me. All in all it was a good place for our trip.

We loved our stay! Beautiful location, the private pier access was a wonderful surprise. Very close to everything, lunch at Gar Woods down the street was 10/10. The toilet lever was a little touchy, but nothing detrimental to our visit. Kitchen not being full size was not a problem for us, had everything we needed and we really didn’t feel like we were missing anything. Beds were comfy, plenty of space, some of the outlets are a little awkward to get to but again nothing terrible. Overall a genuinely great stay, we wished we had booked for longer! We can’t wait to come back.

Phil’s place is very clean and the location is great for our family to ski at Diamond peak ski resort. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything for us to make the family dinner. We had an issue with the dryer but Phil had his people to fix it the next day. The check in and the check out process is very smooth. My family has enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.

nice place checkout was a pain tho but everything else is as good as it gets

Perfect place for my 3 daughters and I. Clean, comfortable and full of amenities. My kids loved the pool and the short drive to sand harbor beach and monkey rock. Well maintained and so peaceful!

We stayed here as a family of four (two younger kids) and it was perfect for all of us. The kids stayed in the bunk beds on the first floor and the king sized bed in the loft was legitimately one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had at an AirBnb.

Robin was very responsive to our questions, both in timeliness and helpfulness. We will strongly consider re-booking her place if we ever return to Incline Village. We had a great time exploring the Lake Tahoe area because our accommodations were the least of our concerns.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the location, close to everything I needed, including great restaurants, shops, and beaches. It felt like a home away from home, and I’d absolutely stay here again. One of the best houses I’ve rented on Airbnb. It’s spacious, clean and well designed. You’ll find proper storage for almost everything. All provided amenities are of high quality as well. Highly recommended.

We loved staying in Claudio’s home. It was clean and with lovely furnishings. Gorgeous wooden dining table, with comfy couches, chairs and beds. Kitchen had all amenities and then some (stocked up coffee!). Easy check-in and check-out. Would rent again in a heartbeat!
