We spent a few days in Elena's place all were perfect we are very happy to have booked this villa which was perfect for our small family the house and the outside was clean I recommend 100%

We stayed a very large family used the two houses, we have been wonderfully, fully equipped, clean and in a dreamlike natural environment, a paradise!! Definitely 100% recommended

100% recommend the place It has all the houses very well cared for, clean and with everything you need We went for the old night a group of friends and we were very comfortable Although the owner lives in the same estate but in another house apart we had no problem making noises even at night The two dogs and the cat on the estate are very friendly and behave very well

Pep was very good from the beginning wanted to make us feel comfortable and throughout the stay to respond to our questions quickly and left the place 😁 very recommended and clean

The stay was wonderful. We were in 4 people and my baby. We were very well received and felt at home. I was very happy because they set up a crib for my baby, ensuring safety and comfort for her. We had a very nice afternoon, we used the barbecue and Mr. Domingo gave us all the support. Complete kitchen, complete rooms, impeccable bathroom with soap for my baby. I just have to thank you. I really want to come back again.

We had a very nice stay at our host's, from the moment we booked until we arrived on site we had great communication from Sharmie . When we arrived, our host was present and was able to introduce us to all the amenities of the accommodation . The house was in impeccable condition. We stayed in this house ideally located in a quiet residential area close to shops and about ten km from the beautiful beaches of bolnuevo and puerto de Mazarrón. We were able to take advantage of the many amenities and facilities that Sharmie made available to us to have a great stay indoors in the cooler thanks to very good air conditioning or in the sun in the garden by the pool, refreshing, all this in a quiet and relaxing setting. We will come back without hesitation , see you soon and thank you again.

The villa is stunning, set in a remote but beautiful location with panoramic views. We didn’t leave for days after our arrival other than for a supermarket shop! If you like a quiet and relaxing holiday in a wonderful setting with spectacular views, it’s perfect! The house is spacious and well equipped, the pictures don’t actually do it justice. Thank you Glenis and we are very much hoping to return one day soon ☺️

A great stay, the Victorina always very available and ready to resolve any issue with a lot of courtesy and sympathy. The house is excellent and invites rest and tranquillity with a fantastic view to enjoy a very relaxed holiday. The only if not, was the fact that it was quite far from everything, from the beach about 20 minutes by car, and from the larger cities closer still no less than about an hour, but in a very pleasant way and an excellent holiday. I would also like to thank Melania, who with great sympathy helped us whenever necessary. I recommend it.

It was a very pleasant experience. Angeles and her husband have been very caring at all times, every detail taken care of. It's been a wonderful few days of rest. Highly recommended to visit this house!

Beautiful villa . Beautiful private pool very nice, large. The water was perfectly good at this time of year . The small supermarket 2 steps from the villa was a big plus, the essentials right next door. The beach is 10 min by car . Quiet place. I would highly recommend. We had a great week . Hosts very responsive to the slightest request .

Villa Perlita is a wonderful modern home with everything you need to enjoy your break away. Spotless and organised. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Amazing outdoor space which unfortunately we were unable to use due to rain for the whole of our 7 days stay. Absolutely no negatives about the beautiful villa and have no hesitation in recommending. We decided to go to this accommodation because we had wanted to go to the Bogarra sculpture route with the kids for a long time. The house is very cozy, clean, tastefully decorated and with all the amenities you can imagine. Very well located, in the middle of town. Local supermarkets and bakeries within walking distance. Your host, Juan Ángel, was attentive at all times and was very kind to us. Ayna is a village within a wonderful landscape that we highly recommend… we loved it!
