The farm was restored with a lot of love, the old preserved and combined with today's. "The luxury of simplicity" is the credo of our listed farm. Generations have left their mark on the walls of the Ögg Höfe. What has survived for centuries has now been faithfully renovated with attention to detail and placed under protection as a cultural monument. The apartment "Beim Frans" is located directly on the famous cycle path Via Claudia Augusta in Tösens - one of the smallest places in the Tyrolean Oberland - between Landeck and Nauders am Reschenpass and in the three-country region of Tyrol - Switzerland - Italy. In the middle of nature and directly on the Inn, you will enjoy and relax AWAY FROM THE TOURISTIC PATHS.

Our farm is situated in a unique, quiet location, right on the edge of the forest and embedded in untouched nature. Here you will find the perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing. Enjoy the idyllic surroundings. Our family includes grandma, grandpa, my husband Hansjörg and our 3 children. We have cattle, pigs, running or flying ducks, Valais black-nosed sheep, our dog Lilly, the cat Minki and my chickens - who provide us with the best eggs.

Graslehn mountain hut

Peace and relaxation for up to 2 people in a very cozy, clean mountain hut on a secluded mountain farm in the Tyrolean Pitztal. A bus stop or the Pitztaler Landesstraße are 2 km away, the first shopping in 4.5 km. The Hochzeiger ski area is 8 km away; the Pitztal Glacier in 25 km. In summer, the Pitztal invites you to countless mountain hikes. Additional tourist tax €4 per person/night, as well as electricity consumption according to sub-meter

Zugspitze apartment with 2 separate showers and toilet

The Zugspitze apartment has 2 separate bedrooms each with a double bed, a single bed and a clothes rack. The two bathrooms are equipped with shower / toilet, sink, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer. The living room with a large couch, 2 cozy armchairs, satellite TV, a tablet and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee capsule or filter machine, fridge and dishwasher.

Apartment at the organic mountain farm

The "Dremelspitze" apartment at our organic mountain farm offers approximately 45 square meters of space for 2–5 people. The apartment is equipped with an open-plan kitchen/living room (seating area, double bed, and new kitchenette). In addition, there is a bedroom with double bed and pull-out bed, a bathroom with shower/toilet and a sunny south-facing balcony. There is free fast Wi-Fi.

Quiet yet centrally located, with a wonderful view of the Pitztal mountains for an active and relaxing vacation in spring, summer, autumn and winter. The house is well equipped for self-catering and easily accessible by car. The nearest shops, restaurants, etc. are in the nearby village of Arzl - 5 minutes by car from our house.
