Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen Stadt und Region bieten Freizeitmöglichkeiten ohne Ende. Wandern, Biken, Baden, Wintersport, alles ist saisonsbedingt möglich. Die Schlösser König Ludwigs II sind vier Kilometer entfernt. Größere Einkaufsstädte sind Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Augsburg oder München.

Nice place right in the center with terrace

The apartment is located in the middle of Telfs right next to the church (for those who have been to Telfs before), one street further you will find the new meeting zone of Telfs. There you will find restaurants, clothing shops, tobacco shops etc. At the end of the meeting zone is the shopping centre '‘ Intalcenter ‘‘ and directly behind it the newly built swimming pool (with sauna relaxation etc.). The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you need :).

Would you like to spend some relaxing days in nature and the mountains? Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2 km to the town center) with a stream right outside the door! From here you can start directly for hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. Modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and fiber optic internet invite you to relax or work in the apartment. The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace.
