We were so lucky to have found Tenuta Verde. Monica and Daniele are hostess and host pur sang. Everything has been taken care of down to the last detail. Warm welcome on arrival, a welcome package to get you through the first night and morning. All previous rave reviews are completely true. Tips about the area, what to do besides the big sights, and where to eat and buy the best ice cream. Warm personalities who are always there for you. Daniele even brought homemade wine twice, delicious. The house is so nice to "come home" to after a long day away. Wonderful tranquility in the garden and around the house. We're missing it already. Amazing villa, don’t hesitate to book it! It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

This is such a lovely place to stay. I was so happy to look at the surroundings with breathtaking views and the tranquility ( besides the fogs ) makes this place a paradise . The house was very spacious and confortable . The jacuzzi is really a plus and the swimming pool perfect . Francesco and Serena were so helpful to find activities for our family . The communication was great . I really recommend this place … soooo beautiful !

This was the most beautiful home I have ever stayed in. And Federica, the most wonderful gracious host. The house and its furnishings are magnificent. The amount of effort made by Federica to welcome and accommodate her guests was truly extraordinary. I only wish we had spent more time in Modena during. Our tour of Emilia Romagna. If we are ever in the area again we will surely try to stay at this home. Thank you Federica for making our stay a most memorable one!

We had an amazing week in the villa. Even if hou have other people living there, you feel so calm and free. There is a designated spot for each appartements to eat so you can enjoy good time outside. The site is so clean and we ser that the host take good care of everything. We had a lot of recommandations to discover te surroundings and the host was so easy to reach when we needed. All the commodities were there, the appartement is well equiped. I strongly suggest to rent a car, it’s the easiest way to enjoy your stay there. I surely recommand this place and I would go back again.

Everything was excellent. I was with 2 other friends to participate in a race. Paola is always quick to respond and very friendly. Well-located house and beautiful view with the Arno in front. Very nice and clean house. If I were to go back there... I'd go back there.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Very quiet and pleasant location, next to a small town with restaurants, nice to walk around, an hour's drive to Florence.

We stayed here for a few nights and had a fantastic time! The views were amazing, and the place was very spacious and clean. Lapo was fantastic - really helpful, even picking us up and dropping us back off at the bus stop. We'd highly recommend!

What a beautiful villa. Looks exactly like the photos and even better. A quiet place outside of Bologna and easy to get into the Old Town. The best of both worlds. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. But the piece de resistance is the outdoor room and patio. Pamela is a very responsive host. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

We had a wonderful stay! The property sits on a stunningly large lot surrounded by trees, which gave it a peaceful and private feel. The pool was a highlight — spacious, clean, and with beautiful views that made every swim feel special. Inside, the decor was tasteful and thoughtfully done, blending comfort with style. We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and felt private and peaceful — just what we were looking for. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Cristiana and Mauro were the most friendly hosts. They made us feel immediately comfortable and set us up for a great stay at their wonderful home, offering some fabulous nearby dinner recommendations, as well as directing us to local grocery stores, and train stations for easy day trips into Florence, etc. The farmhouse is beautiful and brimming with character throughout, offering spectacular views over Vicchio. The private swimming pool is bigger than the photos suggest, and not too deep - the kids loved it. The hot tub allows you to sit back and drink in the peaceful Tuscan views. The sauna was a great touch, which we enjoyed throughout our stay, along with the pool table/games room. The outdoor terrace is large and great for a BBQ. The road leading up to the house is a fun drive - we rented a 4x4 (highly recommended if you are planning to stay here) that made it relatively comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely like to return as there is so much more to explore there!

Magical villa that was just perfect for our group of 4 couples. We appreciate that Lisa allowed us to book so early in the season. This is such a fantastically unique home! Loved, loved, LOVED walking through the old section. The bodega was so convenient. HIGHLY recommend Casato Maria Clarice for a special prix fixe meal. We so enjoyed learning how to make cheese at Caseificio Bio Reggiani. Visiting the Spilamberto Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Museum. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful stay at Olga’s place. We had 6 adults and two children and there was still plenty of space. The house was beautifully appointed and the outdoor space with the view was the perfect place to relax.

Licias Villa Cerfoglio is a real gem in the middle of the hills of Emilia-Romagna. The house and location are wonderful and even if the weather was unfortunately not so nice, we had some cozy days thanks to the open fireplace. The view is wonderful when the sky is clear and Licia welcomed us with many treats and nice words. This place leaves nothing to be desired. The two bathrooms are also nicely equipped and everything was very clean! We were really very satisfied. Reality surpasses the photos! Thanks again to Licia!
