Merci à nos hôtes pour ce logement. Tout était très propre et très bien équipé. Notre hôte a été réactif et répondait à toutes nos questions. L’appartement est bien placé, nous sommes à 10min à pied du cœur du village, au pied du mont olympe et à 10min de la plage. Je vous recommande ce logement, nous étions en famille à 4, cela était très bien.

We had a very warm welcome from the host and she is super helpfull with every need. The place is very centraly located so you have all you need at walking distance. The best thing about the apartment is that it's only a few meters from the sea, so at night it's super relaxing to fall asleep listening to the waves.

My family and I came to Villa Ihor for 2 weeks & couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Thanos had asked us the names & sex of the children who were coming so that he could add some extras for them & did he do that! The thought he put into making everything perfect for our arrival was amazing! From children’s toys to blankets and even change pads, he really thought of everything! He communicated with us prior to our arrival many times to ensure that we were all set and had all of the information we needed, and he was there for our arrival as friendly and thoughtful as we expected him to be based on our communications ! Villa Ihor had everything that we could possibly need & the pictures don’t even do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in person! There are many opportunities for shade in the backyard. מקום מושלם! בשבילנו זו הייתה עצירה מעולה ממנזרי מטאורה לבין בנסקו. היינו לילה אחד וזה בהחלט לא מספיק. מארחים נהדרים ותקשורתיים,עונים מהר ותמיד מוכנים לעזור. הבית הרבה יותר יפה במציאות.מאוד מושקע! הרבה מקום למשפחה עד 6 נפשות. הכל נקי,חדש,מצוחצח ומסודר ברמה מאוד גבוהה. חצר נפלאה עם עצי פרי ומקום למנגל. יש שני שירותים. מקום שקט ופסטורלי. באמת פשוט וואוו!!! בהחלט נתארח שוב ונמליץ לחברים! תודה רבה לבעלי הבית,אתם מקסימים כמו גם הבית!

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment, which impressed us with its exceptional surroundings and well-kept yard. The apartment itself is large, spacious, and clean, which contributed to the positive energy we felt upon arrival. Like in any house, there are small things that could be fixed, but none of them were bothersome. I recommend having a car, as there are so many natural beauties and attractions within a 10 km radius that you simply have to see. The yard is absolutely amazing and offers the perfect place to relax. Bicycles are also available, which is a great bonus for exploring the area. We especially appreciated the owners’ advice about closing the doors, and after a few days, we realized that thanks to this, we didn’t have any issues with mosquitoes or other little creatures in the apartment. Overall, it was a really beautiful vacation, and we recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Thank you Fyllia

Το σπιτι ηταν εξαιρετικο!! Πανεμορφο, διακοσμημενο με προσεγμενη καθε λεπτομερεια. Πεντακαθαρο. Ευρυχωρο με πολυ μεγαλο ωραιο κηπο επισης πεντακαθαρο. Και το σημαντικοτερο, οι οικοδεσποτες οπως και η κυρια Λενα που φροντιζει το σπιτι ηταν πολυ φιλοξενοι πολυ ευγενικοι και μας εκαναν να νιωθουμε πολυ καλα. Το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα και μακαρι να μπορεσουμε να το επισκεφθουμε ξανα!!

perfect family holiday ever. we were staying at Frank's for 2 weeks, and it was just perfect. Frank was very kind and helping, the house was sparkling clean with fantastic sea view. Highly recommended.

Great house & a unique AirBnB experience - hosts were very welcoming & nice - the house itself is sort of a farm, it is located in a very peaceful & quiet countryside area surrounded by a huge garden with grass, trees, hammocks, deck chairs & a pool, there were even a nice dog & some chicken around. Our kids really loved the place & so did we. Please note that the shower was slippery when used so watch yourself & the kids when showering. All in all a great experience & a very memorable & fun place. Thank you Maria & husband !

Географическое расположение дома отличное. Второй дом от центральной улицы (нет шума). Легко найти. Расположен примерно в 5-7 минут от пляжей Паралия, Олимпик и 10 минутах от Коринос на машине. Парковка на улице, но тут это норма. Все пляжи отличные. (Песок). Также легко можно добратся до Олимпа. Простой выезд на автостраду. Жили с семьей 4 человека. Рядом магазины, кафешки и церковь. Дом двухэтажный, современная мебель и дизайн. На первом этаже огромный ливинг с кухней и санузел. Кухня полностью оборудованна всем необходимым. На втором этаже 2 спальни, балкон и ванная с санузлом и всем необходимым. 3 кондиционера. Работали хорошо. Fanis отличный интелегентный отзывчивый парень. Дом выглядит лучше чем на фотографиях. Рекомендую. Сами еще вернемся.

Εξαιρετικο καταλυμμα. Πληρως εξοπλισμενη κατοικια, ιδανικη για οικογενεια. Τοποθεσια πανεμορφη. Η ιδιοκτητρια πολυ ευγενικη, εξυπηρετικη σε ολα. Αψογη συνεργασια. Να ξυπνας το πρωι κ να σου εχουν αφησει συκα και ντοματες απο τον κηπο, αυγα φρεσκα απο τις κοτουλες...Τα παιδια ταισαν και το αλογο!!! Πολυ κοντα σε τουριστικο θερετρο αλλα συγχρονως αρκετα μακρια για να απολαυσεις την ηρεμια της της φυσης και του βουνου... Το συνιστουμε ανεπιφυλακτα!

Fantastic and homely studio flat. Very comfortable, charming design and all the facilities you’ll need. Great little terraced garden too. Quiet, residential (and hilly!) neighbourhood. You’ll need a car (and satnav!) but ideal location to explore the amazing Macedonian Royal Tombs and museum at Vergina. Appreciated Ermioni’s clear instructions, easy access and kind, welcoming cakes!

Very clean apartment and much more spacious than it looks in the photos. The host is friendly, hospitable and her apartment caters to your every need. The location is extremely peaceful and offers clean mountain air. The town itself is perfect for vacation, with a very welcoming atmosphere and extraordinary local cuisine. It is a good staging point for hikes into Mount Olympus or trips to the beach, which is a 15 minute car ride away from the premises. Would definitely recommend Evangelia's apartment to anyone looking for a disconnect from urban noise and overpriced tourist hotspots!

Das Apartment liegt sehr schön und ruhig am Ortsrand von Litochoro. Man kann direkt an der Straße parken. Der Check In war einfach und gut beschrieben. Die Vermieterin war bei Bedarf gut erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch einige Gewürze sind vorhanden. Die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und auch auf das Olymp Massiv hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

First of all house was really tidy and clean. Everything they are promised was working( internet,air conditioner..). Maria and her husband welcomed us told us everything about the house. They are really helpfull and good persons. This is a apartment you can stay as a family of 4 with comfort and we didn’t had any problem. Apart from that I want to thank to thank maria, her husband and dmitris( who is a estate agent chalkidiki and helped us with the landlords) for being such hepful persons. Our car wasn’t working and they even helped us to find a new battery for our car. Locals tried to help us too it is a good neighboorhood.I definetly reccommend everyone to stay here enjoy a good holiday.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, πεντακάθαρο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο κέντρο, με πολύ άνετο χώρο παρκινγκ. Οι οικοδεσπότες, η κυρία Βασιλική και ο κύριος Αντώνης, ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και ξυπηρετικοί! Μας βοήθησαν σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε! Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας! Πολύ καλή επιλογή για οικογένειες και για ζευγάρια! Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

This place was great! It has modern things you need with a cool vibe. The host treats you like family in their home. There are 3 balconies! You get a dedicated parking space in a private garage - the host had us follow them in our car to make sure we knew where it was and how to get in. local markets right across the street or a larger grocery store with in walking distance.
