Sunrise Luxury Villa, amazing vacations on the sea

One of the best places we have ever been, even better than the pictures. The location is amazing, direcly at the sea, with beuatiful sunrises. The mount Olympos is just a few kilometers away, full of natural beuaties and deeply spiritual places. The house is spacious, everybody had a separated place, everything we needed was there for us. Petroula is really a super-host, kind and helpful. All our questions and requests were quickly answered by her. Special thanks for the welcome wine and sweets:) We will come back for sure.

We traveled at Lucy’s cottage as a family together with our dog who was also welcomed. The house looks just like in photos: tidy and clean. The atmosphere is peaceful and the surroundings serene. We loved to have so much privacy at the beach, sharing it just with a few neighbours. We had a great vacation and Lucy helped us to discover the main atractions around us. Everything was perfect !

Great place, the surroundings are beautiful, great place to relax and fully enjoy the nature. Very good location for families with kids, fine sand, warm water, shallow and no big waves. Our kids loved the animals as well, all in one, I strongly recomend this place and the location !

Modern luxury apartment

The apartment in Paralia was very nice, quiet and well equipped. You are not directly in the hustle and bustle with this apartment, but you can walk very quickly to the promenade with shops and tavernas. Parking for our car was also always on the road. Paralia itself is a very lively place with wide beaches, many tourist offers and international visitors. If you are flexible with a car, there are various excursion destinations available and can explore the beautiful region. Tobias was always easily accessible for questions and requests and responded quickly.

This was by far the best vacation we have had. Our host John was extremely helpful in making sure our stay at his home was perfect. He met us at the home during check-in with a huge smile on his face and explained all of the features of the some to us. He gave us excellent recommendations on local restaurants and tourist attractions, was always available to help, and checked to make sure we were doing ok over the course of our stay. His hospitality is second to none! The home and the location were perfect, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short 2 minute drive to several great beach bars. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and most importantly for us, kid friendly! John stocked the refrigerator with fresh fruit and refreshments for our arrival, and there were beach items like chairs and umbrellas available for our use. This home is perhaps the #1 listing in all of Greece, you simply must check it out! Thank you so much for making our vacation one that we will remember forever!!!

One of my great stays in Greece! The host was very kind and responded to all our necessities. Also helped us to accomodate. The place was really clean, the kitchen has a lot of utilities that you can use to prepare food. Also we liked a lot the barbecue area, as it has a roof, so you can do grills even if it rains outside, which it's nice. The fact that the beach was at the back of the house was also a big plus and the hosts provided us things that we can use on the beach (umbrellas etc). Also the house it's a bit private, as it doesn't have very close neighbours which is great if someones wants that. I would go there a second time, that's for sure. Totally recommend!

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing place to stay, this is your place! I and my family were surprised at how beautiful everything was. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and looked after. I could not find anything of fault . Perhaps the beach was not as sandy as it could have been. The water had loads of stones and we avoided it. But that did not take away from the serenity of the place.

Apartment "Elli" fantastic views

We stayed in the apartment for 7 days with 2 children and 2 adults and were all 4 very excited and happy. The apartment was very clean and is really big. The location of the apartment is almost perfect. Opposite is a supermarket and a cafe. It's about a 2-3-minute walk to the beach. Communication with the landlord was great, we always had a point of contact. Can recommend the apartment to anyone. TOP in all points.

We had a really cool 1 week here. It was nice, clean, tidy, and very well-equipped, we really just had to bring our clothes! There were toys for the kids, the kitchen was extra well-equipped, and there were beach supplies. The host answered all my questions right away, very kind and helpful! I highly recommend this stay to everyone!

A spacious double studio features a comfortable queen-size bed with crisp white linens. A set of towels in soft blue sits at the foot of the bed. Large glass doors open to a private balcony, revealing stunning sea views and allowing ample natural light into the room.

Andreas is a welcoming host who was interested in us even during our trip. He always responded right away and arranged everything we needed right away. The apartment is clean and tastefully furnished, with a nice view of the sea and Mount Olympus.

A cozy bedroom is presented with a spacious bed featuring soft white linens. Two pillows are placed neatly on the bed. A light curtain allows natural light to filter in from a sliding door, leading to a small balcony area.

Sunrise sea view suite by Eden

As seen on the pictures, the apartment is very modern and clean. The check-in/ check-out was very straightforward via a key box. Kamilla explained everything in advance. Great communication and some attentions pleased us. You live directly on the beach and everything is within walking distance. Very lively area, lots of families. We were still able to sleep peacefully, as the bedrooms are to the back. Thanks for the great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location! The house had everything we needed. The view is stunning and it is great to have the beach so close that you can eat breakfast on it. Our daughter (1.5) enjoyed walking by herself and petting the dogs. She laughed a lot during the Donkey ride. It is a great place for kids to explore. Karin and her staf are very friendly. Thank you for this nice stay.

Just a beautiful place to vacation. I can only recommend to anyone who wants to have a nice cottage to take a vacation. Large property for children also ideal. This is a magical place to stay - peaceful and very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very charming and we loved it. Karin and the team are very responsive and kind. The place is perfect for families with kids. There is a little restaurant where you can have a snack, salad or coffee. In the bistro there is also a place where the small kids can play with toys right next to the sea. Really a great place for families. We will come back again for sure! 😊

We really enjoyed our time here! The view is gorgeous! My husband had no trouble working remotely on the wifi. The kids loved all the animals, as we anticipated. The coastline is low energy so super safe for the kids. We had a wonderful week and I would recommend it to anyone. Karin was friendly and available to address issues/questions. My only critique is that the dogs barked some in the night. Ask her for the one page of info about local sites. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
