The single-family house is located in Unterweiler, on the outskirts of Ulm, and is about a 10-minute drive from Ulm’s city center. There is also good connection to Ulm by city buses as well as great cycling paths. Long-term rental possible. You will have the entire house at your disposal, including the terrace and garden.
