This is the second time we've been to Dinard in the same place. We really enjoyed last year and this year it was the same. The apartment is very well located close to restaurants, shops, market and the beach. Recommended.

We had a great time in this pleasant, quiet and ideally located apartment, despite the proximity to the street. The indoor temperature was perfect, providing comfortable warmth. The small bakery nearby is an appreciable asset for morning croissants. We did not use the dishwasher as there were not enough cutlery and dishes to fill it. With more complete dishware equipment, it would be more convenient to use it at the end of your stay when it's full. However, washing two plates and two cutlery by hand is not an issue .

Hervé and his wife are exceptional hosts! The hosting is impeccable, the accommodation is super clean with sheets that smell good. The small cottage is very well-equipped. We came for only one night and we didn't necessarily want to leave because they are so lovely and the cottage is superb 👍 we will come back!!!!!

The place met our expectations, Everything was ready when we arrived taking into account our prior requests (beds and accessories for our dog) Provision of bathroom products, dishware, kitchen essentials. Lots of cooking utensils (unheard of). Very spacious bathrooms. In short, a great stay. Recommended!

We had a great quiet stay in a typical and perfectly refurbished old fisherman's house, tastefully furnished and surprisingly well equipped, including the kitchen. Sylvia is very attentive to the well-being of her hosts. I highly recommend it!

Weekend too short in a spotless, very clean accommodation. Very welcoming hosts. Very quiet place, everything we love. We were with family with kids and grandchildren and the outside and games were very popular with the little ones. Equipment for our 5-month-old granddaughter available, very convenient. Flexible check-in that we enjoyed with a baby. Ah I forgot... The wood burning stove allowed us to make a little flare that we loved because we too, heat wood at home. Anyway... nothing negative. Thomas and Karine were welcoming and available. The accommodation is really perfect (we were 2 adults and 3 children). Very nice and warm. We feel great there! True to this listing! We had a short and nice stay at David's house. We didn't have time to enjoy everything but it was great! Great space, spacious rooms with each of them its bathroom. Communication with Lany who welcomed us is quick and responsive. Thank you!

The apartment is very cozy and spotlessly clean, in a quiet location and only 5 minutes from the beach. The beds and sofa bed are super comfortable – perfect for us as a family of three. Serge and Sylvie are extremely friendly hosts, communication went smoothly. We will definitely be back!

Ideally located accommodation! You can walk: to Intra-Muros (15min max), to the train station, do shopping (Lidl 5 minutes away)... or even take buses to access other cities (Dinan) or more distant corners of Saint-Malo. The space looks like the photos and even seemed bigger in real life. Finally, Leslie is a great host who gave us some great tips and was able to answer our questions for our first weekend in Saint-Malo 😊

Pleasant stay in the accommodation rented by Alice. St Malo, Dinan, Dinard and the various points are beautiful. We never get tired of the Breton coast and it's always nice (when we're there😊). We'll be back soon and Alice's place will be a first choice.
