The 2 bedroom modern but cosy stone cottage is located in a rural location but a stones throw from the local villages with all the usual amenities from baker's, butcher's and supermarket. The cottage has a bright open plan living area with a kitchen area. Doors open out onto the terrace with a garden overlooking the countryside. There are 2 bedrooms one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has it's own shower room and wc. There is electric heating throughout.

Also 10 km away is the Bétineuc leisure center and pond - ideal for children with its small beach. To visit: Mont St Michel; Fort La Latte and Cap Fréhel; the medieval castle of Combourg; St Suliac – one of the most beautiful villages in France. Plus, there are plenty of beautiful walks around.

April - September: Bar, restaurant, grocery store with bread service. July-August: Evenings once or twice a week, kids club and pony ride.

You'll love my place because of its proximity to the beach and its magnificent sunsets. My place is great for couples and families (with kids over 3 years old). For the July and August periods: rental is from Saturday to Saturday only, and only from mid-July to mid-August.
